3BR / Full 1/2 bath on each side of Tub/Shower Room, !/2 on 1st Fl, 1/2 BA on 3rd Fl / Q. 2D. Trundle / Sleeps 8 - A different design right on the beach front. 3 stories of living space - the 1st fl has a great room dining and living area with 1/2 bath. Plenty of window to watch the sunrises and the children on the beach. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms on each of the house. Each bedroom has a private 1/2 bath with a tub/shower room in-between. 1st BR has a queen size bed. The 2nd BR has a trundle bed(sleeps 2). No TV's in these bedrooms but great ocean views! The 3rd floor is one large room with TV, 2 double beds and a 1/2 bath. Loaded with windows and incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean from every room! Si Como No (yes, of course!) is a great place to enjoy your vacation on Edisto Beach! The owner has ground level seating and plenty of parking. Just steps to the sandy beach.

Thank you so much for your kind words. I will make sure the homeowner learns of your stay. We will certainly take a look at our vacation arrival information about the water at Edisto Beach. Unless a rental property lists "RO Water" the water will be salty - great for cooking - but not for drinking. The Town of Edisto Beach offers year round free Reverse Osmosis (RO) water at the Town Hall. All you have to do is bring your own jugs and fill up. Please call us for your next visit, we do have other beachfront homes that will sleep 15 people. Look forward to your next visit
