BRAND NEW HOUSE. BE THE VERY FIRST FAMILY TO ENJOY THIS HOUSE

'Sunset Bliss' is a brand new house just completed. The house sits just a tad over a block from the beach. It has a large, private, heated salt-water pool in the backyard. The house has 8 bedrooms, 7 baths, and two living rooms (one upstairs + one downstairs). We hope that you'll find it to be comfy & beautiful.

The Space

You’ll enjoy its perfect layout featuring the open kitchen with a large island , the dining room, and a large living room area downstairs plus 3 first floor bedrooms each with their own full first floor bathroom. There is a 4th bathroom in the first floor as well. Upstairs you’ll enjoy another 5 bedrooms, three more full bathrooms, and a second living room area containing a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. This second upstairs living room will provide a perfect place to relax or play for the toddlers, teens, or afternoon snoozers of your group at times when the downstairs living room is occupied.

Two upstairs porches will provide the perfect place for your morning cup of coffee if you’re not yet ready to sit by the private pool in the backyard. There is ample parking for 7+ vehicles.

Sunset Bliss sleeps 28-30.

First Bedroom: It has a king-sized bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, and its own private bathroom with stand up shower stall. The bath room has all glass sub way tiles with frameless shower doors and looks spectacular

Second Bedroom: It has two Queen beds , wall mounted flat screen TV, and a private bathroom! This bathroom has a shower/tub combination stall with glass sub way tiles.

Third Bedroom: It has a kind-sized bed, flat screen TV, a private bathroom. This bathroom includes a stand up shower stall with glass sub way tiles with frameless glass shower doors.

Fourth Bedroom: It has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. This bathroom includes a stand up shower stall with glass sub way tiles with frameless glass shower doors.

Fifth Bedroom: This bedroom is also slightly larger and includes King-sized bed, flat screen TV its, own private bathroom.This bathroom includes a stand up shower stall.

Sixth Bedroom (Bunk bed room): It has TWO full-over-full bunk beds and a Full trundle bed (sleeping 6) as well as a flat screen TV. It has access to the jack-n-Jill bathroom that is shared with room number 7. This bathroom includes two vanities and a shower/tub combination stall.

Seventh Bedroom: It includes a TWO Full beds, flat screen TV, access to the jack-n-Jill bathroom, as well as access to the balcony that stretches the front of the home! This bedroom is slightly larger than the other king rooms if you are planning on -setting up a pack-n-play, or if you just need a little extra space.

Eighth Bedroom/ Upstairs Living Room: This room doubles as a bedroom and a secondary living room! It includes two twin beds, a Queen Sleeper Sofa, a flat screen TV, and two chairs. It also has its own access to the large covered balcony off of the back of the home!

There is also a Twin mattress that can be used in one of the bed rooms and two pack n plays.

Large Pool: There is a large 24 ft by 12 ft salt water pool. Pool Heating is optional and extra. Usually pool heating is $200-$300 per week depending upon the time of the year. Contact owner for details.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
