Sandpiper Cove is Holiday Isle's princess, with private gated beach access, 2 on-site restaurants, beachside food, drinks, and restrooms, and a 9 hole chip and put golf course that is free to all residents. The 24-hour security entrance offers a safe and secure environment for you and your children. There are 5 pools and 3 hot tubs to choose from within the complex, all within walking distance.

Sandpiper Cove Resort, unit 9106, is a full 1-bedroom condominium, with hallway bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa, allowing up to 6 people to sleep comfortably. This beautifully decorated, beach theme condo is located just inside the front gate of the resort, allowing quick and easy beach access. The Beach Walk community within the Sandpiper Cove Resort is the newest addition to the complex, offering up-to-date amenities and modern layouts.

Inside the gates of this breathtaking resort, you will find yourself in your own world. Enjoy morning and afternoon walks throughout the lush landscape, and even take in a few holes of golf before breakfast. Its free to all residents, so just find the nearest hole and join in the fun. You will be within walking distance to your own private on-site restaurant. This is the Louisiana Lagniappe, which has a beautiful view of the Destin Harbor.

Have a boat? Then you may enjoy the boat slips within the Sandpiper Cove (permitting may be required). This slip joins the Destin Harbor where all the fishing action begins. There is a boat ramp on site, but you will be required to store your trailer off-site. There are many nearby storage lots for your choosing. (Please make arrangements in advance).

As for location, it doesn't get any better than this. You will be staying in the heart of Destin where everyone wishes to be. But, as a resident of Sandpiper Cove, you will not have to worry about nearby noise or stepping out into traffic. You may forget that you are only minutes from everything. Once you leave the gates, you will have all of Destin's attractions at your fingertips.

This property is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure. Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional. We are local and provide same day assistance, and If you need anything during your stay, you can be assured that our courteous staff will be happy to assist you in any way.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
