Furnished studio on the 15th floor. 22sqms or 236 sf. Comes with a full bed with 11 inches chiropractic mattress, 1.5 hp air condition great for cooling the room, most studio they put only 1 HP ac. full size fridge, microwave, hot and cold showers, separate shower and toilet, 32 led hi def tv (no cable just over the air channels) no wifi but there are so many cafe around with free wifi just about 3-5 minutes walk and I have a pocket wifi device that you can use. You can get pre paid sim cards for cell and mobile internet for your unlock smart phones and use it as a wifi router ( like Samsung S4, iPhone 5 or any smart phone capable of tethering)Roof deck garden and pool on the 16th floor. parking is 25 cents/hour or you can rent per month, suitable for longer stays. airport is 30 minutes by taxi about $15. 10 mins taxi to major malls. Taxi is very much available in this area.

5 mins walk to Information Technology park or better known as IT park, the hip place in Cebu with 24 hours restaurants, coffee shops, mcdonalds, call center s, 7/11 convenience stores. Fruit stands, gift shop, laundry mat, drugstore, entertainments and restaurants is just in the corner street, 2 minutes walk.

cctv in hallway,elevator, 24 hour security guard with all guest has to register the in and out of the building. This condo is fiber optic ready with PLDT company(for Internet and home phone line, suitable for longer than 6 months stay or more, subscription required). Unit has a balcony. This is an ideal place to stay in Cebu, very safe place and you wont get bored here.
