TWO SHORT BLOCKS TO BEACH AND CLOSE TO TOWN

This beautifully maintained beach home is just a short two block stroll to the beach making it a perfect vacation get-a-way. It is nestled amongst lovely landscaping with a private backyard perfect for barbeques and bird and butterfly watching. The garage houses a gas grill for your use and plenty of room to store your bikes. You have your choice of outdoor lounging areas with a front and back porch and another deck off the upstairs master bedroom. This home is meant to make vacation easy and relaxing. The driveway easily accommodates three cars for parking. The house sleeps eight with three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs on the main floor. There is central air conditioning and ceiling fans, Wi-Fi internet access, washer and dryer, outdoor gas grill, and DVD players. The first floor has one bedroom, one bath with full size walk in shower, full kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, and living room with flat screen TV. The second floor has a large master bedroom with attached bathroom with stall shower and large separate bath tub, second bedroom with a queen bed, third bedroom with two twin beds, and a large bathroom with a combined tub and shower. NOTE: The automatic ice maker on the refrigerator does not work. You are within easy walking distance of the beach, the General Store, Pavilion Circle Park, Cape May Point State Park, Cape May Lighthouse, the World War II Lookout Tower, and Sunset Beach with its shops, snack bar, miniature golf, and nightly flag lowering ceremony. The town of Cape May is just a short two mile bike ride away.
