Chateau Devaux is a 6000 sq ft villa situated on 4.5 acres of breathtaking, completely private cliff property in the most northern part of St. Lucia. Chateau Devaux offers panoramic views of the glistening bay and majestic mountains and shorelines of the neighbouring french island of Martinique. Living on a 290 ft high cliff ensures constant, cool, fresh uninterrupted breeze straight off the Caribbean sea (to your left) and Atlantic Ocean (to your right).

The House has a Tropical Plantation design with multiple french doors opening onto large surrounding decks, a swimming pool, gazebos (complete with hammock) all over looking the ocean. Its sprawling lush tropical gardens constantly ablaze with colour, embrace your every sense.

This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom villa easily sleeps a party of 8 with provision for more guests in the additional spacious room easily converted into a bedroom. For those who seek serenity, tranquility and feng shui, this truly is your haven. Our outdoor garden keeps you in constant contact with nature. For those who are looking for fun and excitement Chateau Devaux has been termed "the ideal party house" with outdoor swimming pool, wet bar and stone bbq grill.

Chateau Devaux truly offers the best of all worlds. The house is conveniently located within minutes of the beaches, championship golf course, Pigeon Island National Park and beaches and Rodney Bay Village.

The property is completely fenced and has a remote controlled gated entrance. The house has an alarm monitored 24 hrs by a local security company.

For guests spending 5 or more nights, we offer free use of an 8 seater minivan to ensure you make the most of your trip. Housekeeping services are provided twice a week. Special arrangements can also be made at an additional cost for extra housekeeping, baby sitting services, catering services, pre-stockng grocery services or just let us know what your special needs are and we will do our best to fulfill them.

Chateau Devaux is owned by a member of the Devaux Family - the oldest family on the island.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Richard and Maran (the owner) a message.

If Richard and Maran (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
