This is private 3bhk serviced villa with daily housekeeping, room service, pool boy and villa manager on sites. This villa had a well maintained private swimming pool(see review and photo) and great part of this pool is that it had direct access with living/drawing room). Beaches like Calangute and Baga is in walkable distance.

The Villa is a unique blend of a contemporary design with a resort design, styled to give you the best of both worlds.. The beaches of Calangute are just a 950 meters and Baga beach is just 1500 meter away from the property. Also walking distance is Camelot, Spitfire, Tito's, Brito's. The Lagoon ambiance will help you escape your worries.

The villa is in a quiet area. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the villa having external lighting. Major restaurants, ATM, grocery shop, liquor shop, medical store,super-market, local-market which is famous for fresh catch from Arabian- sea, fresh fruits and vegetable is just few minutes walking distance.

Calangute beaches is most visited beaches among all in Goa and moreover it is adjoined to other two famous beaches known as Baga and Candolim. Public vehicle along with 24 hour taxi services is easily accessible and Panaji Capital of Goa is just 12 km away from this premises. is the central resort of Goa.

“SNS Villa Calangute”

Online photos descriptions obviously taken when new and on first glance on arrival it was dark outside so difficult to judge. The villa is part of a 5 villa complex of different owners. We were met by the villa manager, who let us in around 2am, he gave us a quick show round and instructions on some cooking facilities and the fridge was stocked with essentials to get us started. The villa looked like it needed a deep clean and some upgrading of wallpaper and painting. We had a daily couple who did floors and toilets daily and a weekly bed linen change. It was difficult at times as they arrived around 8am expecting to gain access for cleaning, after a few days this was changed to 10am, thankfully fit my son who wanted to sleep on. The Villa manager Calle I’m most mornings just walking in to the villa, he asked how we were, I supposed this was meant to show care and attention and he seemed to think the standards were high. In honesty we did not complain as it was clear that the villa was not usually rented by Europeans. The swimming pool was cleaned regularly and chemical checks done regularly but it needed som work done on the tiling. Had I been renting this villa in Europe, I would have complained about some aspects, and would suggest that some work be undertaken. I will be emailing the owner about it. The villa next door was being refurbished during our stay so the last few day were spoiled by work noise, Roxanne was the person we saw most of and she was responsible for some of the other villas, but was the most helpful young woman. We had a good holiday but would not go back to this villa or Calangute, due to noise, traffic and general overcrowded beach and streets. We did find it cheap for eating and drinking and friendly people. We felt we paid too much for the standard of villa.

Actually the guest who used your swimming pool had check in on same date in that villa, but for sure they should have wait until your check out. The villa caretaker had already inform the next guest that they should wait until their check in the villa. The check out time is before 11 am so normally rarely guest use the swimming pool on last day as they are in rush to check out. Assuming this the caretaker could not stop them to use the pool in spite of his request. But the pool was immediately vacated after your concern. Actually the villas private pool is so attractive that everyone want to jump the pool immediately after the check in the villa. The guest could not stop them self to use the pool and wait for their check in the villa and it was a mistake and hereby we assure that it had been resolved 100% as all the villa team had strictly asked to maintain privacy of the guest.
