Cabo villas uses the slogan ''The Heart Of Cabo'' for a very good reason. We are located right on Cabo's main beach (Cabo's only safe swimming beach), but we are still walkable to the marina, the new Puerto Paraiso Mall and all of Cabo's famous nightlife and dining.
We are also fully integrated inside Cabo Villas Beach Resort and Spa, so we enjoy the usage of all 3 pools, 3 on site restaurants, a wonderful beach club, and the new world class 'Spa-ritual' Spa and full gym access
 daily maid service included.


Guaranteed reservations and policies : Reservations And Deposits;
 Once you confirm with us your week we require 50% deposit and the remainder 30 days before your arrival. The reason we do it this way is to give the renter all the guarantees and security they need to have a great vacation.
Our cancellation policies are the same of the resort with the difference that we only take 50% deposit and not 100%.

Cabo Villas Beach Resort is a complete beach resort. The resort features one large custom designed infinity pool with a swim-up bar and a smaller pool next to a bar that serves lunch and snack food for the upper buildings. There is a smaller pool and bar that tends to be the quieter area. Each pool area (total of 3) affords wicker chaise lounges and generous umbrellas. There is pool-side beverage and food service so you do not need to go anywhere! There is a private beach area in front of the resort on Medano Beach that has lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables and chairs for a quick lunch as well as beverage service (iced). The resort features an on-site, state of the art spa and gym.

If you want to stay in a place that has it all - look no further. This 'IS' the best beach in Cabo San Lucas-bar none. I cannot stress or say this as much as possible.** This is a true 2 bedroom lock off unit located in the 4 buildings that is beach front of this small family run resort that have a total of only 135 doors. This Unit is Available for Holidays, Thanksgiving every year-this week 47 is still for rent Email me direct or call me for more information.
- This resorts property edge is 25 feet from the 3 'very' popular beach bars that serve beverages and food, you can see them all from the balcony. Many water sports can be purchased at this location. You often see one to three cruise ships anchored in the bay in front of the beach. El Medano Beach is the only beach in or near Cabo San Lucas where swimming, water sports, food/beverages can be enjoyed at the same place (This is the beach).
