My apt is BRAND NEW and use to be my personal home. This is why it's not just a bland unit with out any imagination or character instead it has a carefully designed interior and only HIGH QUALITY fittings and appliances, FREE PARKING. A 5 minute drive or 15 min walk from Cabo's nightlife, MARINA, MEDANO BEACH, and dining. Building has a POOL and my place has an amazing aerial PANORAMIC VIEW to the CITY and the MOUNTAINS. My OUTDOOR TERRACE has it all to offer and gives you incredible vibe of Mexican culture.

Don't have a car? Use very cheap and short UBER trips locally. Perhaps its a nice 15-20 minute stroll ( WALK) to all the fun. Close to Playa Medano, Cabo's only swimmable public beach. FREE PARKING for one car on-site. I highly recommend to rent a car if you wish you to explore Cabo's region as it is very spread out.

My place is unique because it offers very high standards of comfort. Its also has been build up to Housing Code Checklist as I care not only for the highest comfort of my guests but most important their highest security and safety.

My place can fit up to 6 people because I am flexible and I have an extra set up if needed.

As soon as you walk in you notice the meticulous decoration in this immaculately clean 2BR apt with modern double bedrooms a large bathroom and impressively SPACIOUS and superb designed living room with the kitchen that you can dream for while being on vocation:

My kitchen is not only beautifully designed but absolutely fully equipped and such a perfect match for any chief to prepare delicious meal. My apt provide all necessary measures and instruments and varieties of instruments.

As you exit the living room you’ll find an amazing large BALCONY/TERRACE with full aerial l view of the city on the left side and the panoramic view of the mountains on the right side, plus facing new development of our neighbors complexes building which is beautifully reflecting Mexican culture and style.

Ideal spot to meditate and get some rest after busy day of adventures or having morning coffee or late afternoon cold drink and enjoy fresh air and yourself.

My place has it all you need to make Cabo your home. TOWELS , SHAMPOO, CONDITION-AIR, super fast WI-FI and and 42"SMART TV. Fully air-conditioned, but during the "winter" months, it's great to leave the windows open and turn on the ceiling fans that are in every room.

There is a community pool on-site, however, I always suggest Cabo's many beautiful beaches! It make no sense to come to Cabo and stay at the pool :))

Need to stock up for your vacation in paradise? There's a Super Walmart less than 10 minutes away by car, or shop like a local at La Comer (also about 10 minutes away).

AS a SUPER HOST job in addition I tend to care for my guests after their check-in and always stay in touch and send the list of places to visit. I love to serve my guests with any needs. I also have a private concierge service on site available for extra charge.

How do damage deposits work?
