Modern contemporary home features 6 ocean facing large bedrooms with balcony, 1 garden facing bedroom. 2 story grand family room with spectacular view of the ocean and Raza Island, specious open kitchen with modern amenities, swimming pool and oceanfront outdoor patio!

The house is located in a cul-de-sac, on a street with oceanfront luxury private homes at the Raza beach opposite the Ilha Rasa Island. It is 10 minutes drive from the new chic Porto da Barra restaurants and shopping mall at Manguinhos, Buzios, and 15 minutes from the always vibrant Buzios Centro.

The house has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The master bedroom has king bed, 3 bedrooms have double beds, 1 bedroom has 4 single beds and 2 bedrooms have 2 single bed in each. All bedrooms are with attached bathrooms. Six bedrooms are ocean facing with balcony, and one is with the garden view. The house can accommodate up to 16 people comfortably, ideal for a large family or two families together.

The huge master bedroom is on the upper floor with an outside balcony, overlooking the beach, ocean, Ilha Raza Island and the lights at Centro in the evening. Watch the sunrise or the moonlit ocean from your bed.

The 2 story grand family room is at the center of the house, connected with the modern open kitchen. Large space for the entire family gathering, and enjoying the spectacular views.

Step out, swim in the pool or take a dive in the ocean or stroll along the beach. Enjoy the good life away from the hustles and bustles of the city on the very pristine Raza beach, but close to the restaurants and shopping.

You can reach the house from Rio Galeao International airport by car, or private taxi - it is a 2 hours 15 minutes drive to the paradise. The location is great for American, European and International tourists. The house has fiber optic internet connection.

The Raza beach is pristine, and the house has 30 meter sea front. There is a 2 person Kayak for the guests to use during their stay. Housekeeping and cooking for a small fee, guests buy their own groceries and supply. Arrive, relax on the beach, or in the pool or enjoy the sun on the oceanfront patio!

How do damage deposits work?
