Nice apartment in downtown Buenos Aires with 2 balconies, one of them closed. The location is perfect! On Av. Belgrano, 50 m Av. July 9, with access to the metro and underground. You can walk to most tourist spots in the city. The Department is fully recycled, with all amenities for travelers who need to settle in this great city for business, health, study or tourism. Exclusive for up to two people, ideal for couples or solo travelers. It has ample amenities in the kitchen, dining room, bathroom and bedroom. Also we highlight the dry breakfast available (tea and coffee) and original artwork accompanying decoration. Our guests have supermarket across the street, at the corner pharmacy, laundry on street Salta, banks and ATMs across the Av. 9 de Julio. You will find classic restaurants area of ​​Barrio Montserrat 50 meters (between Salta and Venezuela).
