THE SPACE

The House is a charming place to stay for leisure or also a place to combine work and relaxation. We can host workshops, events or provide a unique location to people from all over the world.

The House was built turn of the century for the family Ezeiza. Most of the interior is preserved, giving you the feeling you are living in another era.

The House is ideal for sharing, affording both large common areas but also multiple spaces for individual privacy and activity. The House retains most of its original features including; wooden floors, marble entrance, ceramics, glass and mouldings. Come and be inspired by this unique property.

9150 sqft distributed over four floors; includes a new elevator and 2 wooden staircases. The house has wide corridors and doorways facilitating mobility.

Ground Floor - SPA

Exclusive access to a sauna, Turkish room, heated plunge pool, showers, massage room and patio with a barbecue. It also has a large and fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking (it is connected to an ante kitchen on the first floor via a dumbwaiter).

1st floor – Common spaces

Main entrance. There are large common areas including salon, hall, two dining rooms (for 6 and 12 people respectively) . One of the beauties of the house is the large dining areas and separate kitchens so guests can organise lavish dinners prepared and served on the premises ( with all the kitchen activity hidden from the guests).

2nd floor – 4 Bedrooms

Three en-suite and one with a large separate bathroom. Little terrace and balconies.

3rd floor – Terraces and apartment

Is effectively a separate apartment with living area, kitchen, study and the fifth bedroom. There is a front big terrace with sun lounges and showers, and back terrace with a 12 people table.

4th floor – Terrace

Sun lounges, showers and a charcoal barbecue.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house.

-3 kitchens in the House distributed over 3 different floors. We also have a dumbwaiter that connects ground floor main kitchen with 1st floor Kitchen. So you can arrange lavish dinner parties with all the workings of the event hidden from the guest's sight.

-2 large refrigerators and a freezer, coffee maker, juicer, microwave, wine cellar, 4 Ovens, 2 charcoal barbecues.

And there is always good coffee and tea for our guests!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Darren (the owner) a message.

If Darren (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
