Relax in our sunny studio in the tango district, Take breakfast on the patio in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The studio contains a separate kitchen with plenty of storage and all you need for your stay in the tango district.

The studio is located on the first floor of a quiet building in a side street off Corrientes Avenue, with easy access to buses and subway. It comprises a main room with double bed, double wardrobe and built in drawers for storage and a safety deposit box for your valuables. There is a TV and wireless internet access and air conditioning with both cooling and heating. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Outside the patio has table and chairs if you wish to eat outside or enjoy a late night drink under the stars.

Guests have the whole studio to themselves with their own front door key to the main apartment block door. There is also a lift.

We will be available any time for assistance, problems and questions, and live only 5 blocks away.with a local knowledge of all the best places to eat and drink.

Our studio is set in the cultural heart of the Tango District of BA with plenty of typically Argentine bars, cafes, restaurants and theaters within a few blocks which are open late into the night and always full of local people. There are numerous supermarkets and bakeries close by.

We can arrange transport to and from the airports if required for a local charge. The studio is located within a block of Carlos Gardel Subway station and numerous buses that can take you down Corrientes Avenue to the city center for a few pesos.

Car Parking

On street parking is available on a first come first served basis, but this carries the usual risk associated with the city and we take no responsibility for any vehicles parked there. However there is a parking garage 20 metres from the apartment which offers secure parking at local rates. Please contact us when you make your booking for information on rates and reservations.

For those staying for a week or more, towels and sheets will be changed and the room cleaned midweek.

For those with young children who don't mind sleeping in the same room there are two sofa beds which can be used though there will be a surcharge for this to cover linen, cleaning and towels. this charge will be US$5 per child per night.

Why can't I call Syl (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Syl (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Syl (the owner) a message.

If Syl (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
