It features an incredible 180 degrees sea view (Cortez), the longest (heated) private infinity pool on the East-Cape, top notch amenities (including ultra comfortable beds, top of the line appliances, good 3G wireless signal. CASA DEL AZUL (The house of Blue), is a BRAND NEW Villa! Masterful design and modern luxury are uniquely embodied in this 4 bedroom 5 bath 3,000 SF+ Spanish inspired Villa with a 4500 SF wraparound terrace atop an INCREDIBLE 180 degrees view of the Sea of Cortez. This one of a kind property, features the longest private infinity pool (80 feet) with natural salt water. The pool (unlike the only 4 stars hotel in town, and 99% of the properties around!) is HEATED! And is well covered at 60% by a gorgeous wood Palapa. Enjoy unbelievable sunrises, as the property is directly oriented toward the East. The house is ideally located (6 minutes walking, 1 minute driving) to Tienda Popular in Buena vista which offers everything you’ll need to fill up the fridge...The property is less than 2 miles away to Los Barriles a quaint, adorable little city. The city offers clinics, urgent care, banks and a large shopping center (Chapitos). The community in Buena Vista, and Los Barriles is composed of many US, Canadian and European expats with incredible tight-knit support and communication. The area is extremely safe, calm and relaxing! I have been coming here for over 10 years with my 2 young boys.

Every bedroom has its own dedicated modern bathroom. Consisting of high end extra large RAIN SHOWER SYSTEMS made in Italy and especially imported. Finding high grade quality mattresses in Mexico is very difficult! However this property features the best available (highest rated) CASPER FOAM mattresses, which will not only insure you spend the most comfy nights, but also keep you comfortable and COOL all night night long. For all bedrooms special attention was given to wood like finishes from all electrical outlets (with wood finish), to high end fans, and sturdy aluminium doors, which are also fitted with heavy duty beautifully painted (blue) aluminum anti-hurricane shutters. Each bedroom has jaw-dropping views of the sea of Cortez and has a direct access to the large covered patio (fitted with high quality stainless steel outdoor fans) and comfortable sofas. The last guest Bedroom has an additional extra large window with more views to the sea. All bedroom are located less than 20 feet to the pool.

For guests’ convenience, each bedroom has its own safety box {the area is very safe}, and fitted with high quality modern wood fans and the latest generation AC quiet and energy saving inverters. There is a 5th bathroom with a sink and toilet located next to the living room and accessible through the large covered patio. 3G Wireless signals is great from the property and ATT, TMobile and Verizon. Fast speed Internet will soon be installed (stay tuned).

The master bedroom features an amazing patio overlooking the property (and above a 2 car garage), a large walk-in closet, and a beautiful bathroom fitted with the highest quality (Italy-mad) oversize rain shower as well as a separate ultra modern bathtub. Windows have been designed for guest to enjoy their bath while enjoying the mesmerizing views.

The property features a HUGE living room with a modern open kitchen and beautiful Island. A magnificent handmade large dining table with comfortable seating for 14 adults is perfect to entertain guests (enjoy spectacular views wherever you are sitting).

The kitchen area is fitted with brand new top of the line appliances (Teka, SamSung), water filter system (Whirlpool), food waste disposer, 2 large comfortable sofas (one of them can be converted into a bed). All windows are made of last generation aluminum with a specially made “wood finish”. The house was designed with outdoor activities in mind. The pool area feature a huge terrace, tastefully tiles with anti-slipping material (wood finish)
