This Luxurious 4BR & 3BR duplex Holiday Homes in North Goa with Indonesian interiors are a ten minutes’ drive from the Panjim bridge and are perched atop a hill, overlooking the grand vistas of the river Mapusa's backwaters. These homes offer peace and quiet with nature at your doorstep and have a contemporary design along with the provision of a dedicated home-cook & home-keeper.

A semi-private open-air pool that overlooks the backwaters is the ideal place to have an evening dip along with indulging in some fun water games. Centrally located, these vacation homes serve as a perfect place to get disconnected from the world or explore all of North Goa from with close proximity to beaches, various dining options, old Goa, Panjim city, casinos, and multiple art and theatre options.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
