Joglo Exotico is the perfect hideout for those who wish to unwind from the hectic daily city life or for those couples who would like to reconnect in a very private and romantic place.

This Villa is a true and unique marvel in Batu. And since it is located outside of the busy town a wonderful and peaceful stay is guaranteed.

The Villa is situated on top of a small hill, overlooking the rolling hills of Bumiaji. You will have a wonderful view from the veranda. The house is a 50 year old reconstructed wooden house from Central Java. Inside you find a wonderfully and tastefully decorated ambiance with which you will fall in love instantly. We are sure you will be overwhelmed by the vintage charm and luxury. For those romantic moments we have added a huge socking bathtub in which you can enjoy those wonderful moments with your loved ones.

This self-catering Villa also has a completely equipped kitchen and a breakfast bar on the veranda.

The Joglo is perfect for 2 adults but can accommodate an additional child (till max. 15 yo) on a pull out extra bed. (Additional charge apply.) Please note that no more then maximal 3 persons will be excepted.

We are living on the same premise a few meters away from the Joglo. But you will have total privacy as the place is fenced. We are available at all the time should you have a special request or some queries. We are more than happy to answer all your questions or give you tips on what to do while you are in Batu. There are plenty of Warung's and Food Stalls in walking distance of the Joglo but should you prefer to have a meal cooked we can discuss your likes and we will cook it for your. (additional charges apply) For your convenience, we have prepared some basic food stuff (Mie goreng etc.) for your free use when you check it. We also provide our guests free drinking water and other amenities for your true comfortable stay.

Why can't I call Dian (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dian (the owner) a message.

If Dian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
