Tilsharit – ‘Coming Home to Love’

Tilsharit Greens is a haven guesthouse close to nature. It is surrounded by a thick forest reserve of pine and rhododendron trees. While it is expected for any place to brighten up during spring, our guesthouse offers picturesque view through the year. Our aim is to provide comfort, ambience, and warmth to every guest. While staying with us we hope to give you a little bit of what Himachal has to offer.

Hello We apologise for any inconvenience caused during your stay. We make sure we meet all our guests and if you see our reviews you would agree with us on that. Could you please share with us the details of your stay (check in and check out date). The comments suggest that you stayed in our Oak cottage. We have never got this review for our Oak cottage as it is quite an airy cottage. The property listing says that it is a 3 rooms 2 washrooms cottage. Also, we share the pictures of the cottage before the booking is made. So what guests see is what they get and there is no scope of any miscommunication. Would also like to know how did you make your booking. Thank you for your feedback and we take every feedback seriously and as an opportunity to improve. Best regards Parul

Why can't I call Parul (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Parul (the owner) a message.

If Parul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
