Is 15km from Fortaleza, with easy access to Washington Avenue Soares. It is a residential condominium that have an excellent recreational area with excellent adult and children's pools, barbecue, playground, party room and mini gym.

Place very calm and quiet, great for housing and also with all the infrastructure for those who want to spend holiday or season. Ideal for you who want to enjoy a beautiful day at the beach and do not give up comfort.

This cozy room has a Master couple suite and a guest bedroom with two single beds and additional bed. The living room has a sofa bed for comfort when watching TV (flat screen), dining table and bench with 03 stools of support. The kitchen is complete: stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, dinnerware, cookware and utensils - everything new! The bathrooms are private, have electric shower and toalhas.Você can still enjoy the sun lying on the network airy balcony with partial views of the sea and all the dunes! S! There is covered parking, with marked and free space. 24 hour doorman.

The apartment comfortably accommodates 5 people, with the possibility of extra bed for inclusion or use of sofa - bed, according to the guest's need to accommodate up to 06 people.
