From the owner

Villa in full garden overlooking the sea. It is on the same property as Villa Luna. Three rooms available with a bathroom and hot water. Very large terrace with 3 levels where it is good to bask. Equipped kitchen. Rentable by room or the entire villa. 25 Euros the room. 2 kayaks and a canoe are at your disposal. Our chef offers dishes full of colors and ultra fresh !!! A map full of flavors and spices of Madagascar is offered to you every day on your terrace and soon to the restaurant. Ability to keep your children for 1 Euro per hour / child. We live in a villa in the property and will be there to advise you during your stay in nosy be. The house is located on the beach with a small island in front (Nosy Tanga) accessible by kayak, swimming or on foot at low tide (strong tide). Behind the property, we are fortunate to be sheltered by a still virgin hill for a large part, which attracts a lot of animal species, especially many birds and lemurs. The neighborhood is very quiet. A huge beach where you can walk to the Dzamanzar Market, a 25-minute walk from the house. There is also a hotel 7 minutes away where you can enjoy the restaurant. A small Malagasy gargote has just opened at the entrance of the property, quiet and very airy where you can sip a cold drink in the local atmosphere and order a meal to eat on the spot or to take home.

Why can't I call Anasthasie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anasthasie (the owner) a message.

If Anasthasie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
