From the owner

The warm welcome by the owner and the surrounding beautiful age old trees makes the guests feel pleasant and as they are at their own home. The house can accommodate 19 people. The rate indicated is for two people. The famous white sand Marai Beach and Chethy beach is walkable. The Alleppey back waters is about 12 km and 55 km from Cochin airport. We arrange conveyance, airport pick-up, house boat ride in Alleppey back waters, Ayurveda oil body massage at the request of our guests. We have full time cheff to serve you delicious food you ask for. Two kitchens (For Veg & Non-Veg) shall be shared with the guest too. Canaan has outdoor and indoor games. A library is also in place for one who enjoys reading. Swings, hammock, child play ground, free parking, 8 bathrooms (1 is outside for driver etc), the panoramic view of age old trees with a gentle breeze make you feel pleasant when you are in Canaan.

How do damage deposits work?

If Pauline (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
