Located in a modern suburb of Hay Mohammadi, Agadir in Islane Developments 10 min drive to the beach and the marina of Agadir.
This new apartment benefits from a balcony with ample space for sun lounging as it is facing east.

Apartment has new and modern Moroccan furnitures, TV, DVD player, Satellite with all European channels, WiFi, Fridge/Freezer, Coffee machine, Kettle, Oven & Gas cooking Hob & Extractor.
Building has 2 fast elevators and the Apartment is on the first floor. A new large and well maintained swimming pool for adults and children not crowded at all.
Complex is gated and well guarded and has dedicated car park in the basement. Very suitable for a couple or a family with one or 2 kids.
There are nearby amenities such as banks, ATM, doctor's surgery, pharmacy, massage parlour, mini market, butcher, restaurants, cafeterias and dedicated play park and rides for children.

    no wifi as someone nicked it but the apartment was nice defo woulds stay again. has all the stuff you need for staying over a little far out but ok with your own transport friendly staff onsite

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mouloud (the owner) a message.

    If Mouloud (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
