“Rehearsing for retirement!” A safe, excellent value and location, within walking distance to both the wonderful beach and 5th avenue for restaurants and shopping. An up an coming area, newer part of the beach that is being developed. A great sense of community in this location by being welcomed the permanent residents of alize. The unit was very clean and comfortable and had more than enough room for the both of us for the 5 days we were there.

“Memorable Vacation and anniversary” Hello there! =) Just wanted to let you know we made it back from our vacation and had a lovely time. “Best location on Isla!” I traveled with 4 other lady friends and was concerned that space and privacy might be an issue.I was pleasantly surprised the house was large and private with many places to rest or read as well as to gather and socailze.One of my big issues is the beds,I barely sleep in my own bed but didn't want to get out of the bed at Casa Cielo as it was so compfy! The views from each room are out of a travel magazine,not to be believed,Breathtakingly beautiful. This house is located less than a mile from the ferry,I arrived alone and had no problem getting to the house on my own by foot.We virtually walked to town every day and every night,very doable.We took a cab on two occasions right in front of the house.The convenience of the amenities of this home are superb,the bathrooms are beautiful and spacious,the bedrooms have plenty of storage,the kitchen is well stocked for the basics and the furnishings are sleek and island inspired.I give this home a top review and Isla will embrace you like a long lost friend!

“Quit Incredible! Best stay of all in Cozumel” This house is really a treat in every way. The rooms are filled with light and air with gardens in view out each window. We spend a week here with a marvelous host named Marco. Not only was the house well equipped with every thing we needed it also offered a feel of serenity not found often in a renal home. The pool is completely private...no need for a swimming suit! We enjoyed the terrace just outside each bedroom. Each room had its own bathroom also. There are 2 bedroom in the main house with the 3rd bedroom offered in a small cottage located on the other side of the pool. The cottage gives a couple or individual real privacy and is just lovely. Marco is such a unique person offering his guest kindness and a real concern for your happiness. He is articulate, well traveled, well read, spirited with zeal for living. One could not find a better friend. He has a real sense of what a traveler needs for a perfect stay. Easy walk to several restaurants and just 2 blocks for the water, very safe feel to this neighborhood also. I for one will come back! I would not hesitate to recommend this home to any one, even those with the most discerning taste and experience.

“Romantic getaway in paradise.” Paradise does not begin to describe how we felt about our stay here. We really enjoyed our coffee and breakfast at the water's edge, feeding the fish and watching the boats head out for the day. The snorkeling was amazing and so was the food on the island. The staff at the condo were exceptional. They were courteous and very helpful. We ate in most evenings, a very romantic ending to our busy days, watching the sunset on the ocean. Not sure if we will ever stay at a resort again after experiencing a quite, private retreat like this. This was the perfect spot to destress from our fast paced lives. The accommodations were perfect and we will definately go back.
