“This house was amazing!” My family stayed at this house in January and all I can say is that it is a spectacular house. Everything is brand new, and the house has everything you could want - 3 large flat screen tvs, hot tub on the deck looking at the slopes, pool/ping pong table, steam shower, one wood burning and one gas fireplace, wireless, cable, and much more. This is easily one of the nicest, if not the nicest, homes in Lake Harmony and you will be extremely happy if you rent it. The house had everything we need to cook and eat meals for our large group. And when we wanted to go out, there were great restaurants within a 5 minute drive. And Big Boulder, Jack Frost and Split Rock lodge were all within a 5 to 10 minute drive. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive, and even allowed us to check out late. We cannot wait to rent this house again - and are considering the summer, since the house is within a 10 minute walk to the beach on the lake. It is easily 5 stars.

“Convenient and relaxing.” My family and I went up for the weekend. We all rode the horses, went fishing, and went to the snake and animal farm. We had a great time because the development is quiet yet still close to town and the falls. Also the people who worked at the stables were very helpful with my 9yo on the horse. “Even better than expected” As I'm a UK resident all contact before the visit was by email. Nothing was too much trouble for Mark, he was always quick to reply to any queries that I had. The cottage was clean, comfortable and spacious. We were 7 adults and we had plenty of room. The cottage was supplied with everything that we needed and more. The location was picturesque. We spent a lot of time outside, just sitting looking at the lake, reading, playing games and using the barbeque. We also enjoyed pleasant walks around the lake and at the back of the cottage. Mark and his wife Judy made this a holiday that we will always remember.

“Amazing location and scenery” I came up with friends for a weekend and wanted to stay a lifetime. This cottage had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway outdoors. Cute little town nearby for food, hiking close by, kayaks to float around in and a fire pit to unwind by. The host (Pat) and her husband were nice as can be and made our stay at their cottage comfortable and relaxing. Honestly, i don't have one critical thing to say about our experience at this cottage. We all agreed that we'd like to come back to this exact spot and do it all again.

“Friend Getaway” My friends and I have stayed here now for the second year in a row and we enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is very warm and inviting with tasteful decorations and is extremely convenient for anyone looking to ski/snowboard/go tubing. The views of the lake are breathtaking and I can't even imagine how nice it is in the summer. There is plenty of room in the condo and is quiet with it's top floor location. I can't wait to return.

“Beaufitul,Comfortable country home!” This home was beautiful-just what we were looking for. Tasteful, comfortable decor including leather sofas, beautiful draperies,warm cozy atmosphere. We had 4 in this home (on this trip)and had plenty of space. Dual living/family rooms allowed the teenagers to occupy one with a gaming system(we brought with us) while the adults were upstairs.Flat screen tv's and beaufitul gas fireplaces were in both. Beautiful well equipped kitchen with sliders to the deck area. Home would sleep 8 most comfortably. Loved the 2 full baths. Full size laundry on first floor. The patios were wonderful: wrought iron patio furniture sets including a grille all framed by secluded woodlands.We enjoyed cocktails on the covered patio at night. Very calming listening to the crickets and enjoying a glass of wine. Close drive to main attractions.This home would be perfect for families looking to take advantage of the Poconos and all the activities you can enjoy (fishing,boating,skiing etc). Wish were had been able to stay longer. This was such a better experience than renting a hotel room. If we could have a second home, this would be it. Glad we found it!

“A Perfect Getaway!” We had a wonderful time at this lake house - it's very large, warm and cozy downstairs (it even has a lovely woodstove for atmosphere). Stunning views from the huge living room upstairs - wonderful stargazing and sunshine over the lake, nice kitchens - everything works and looks new, great beds and bathrooms. Every type of water sporting equipment we could have asked for, and plenty of Pfds for the whole family. The property feels very private with woods on both sides and a very quiet small road in front - good for walking and bike-riding safely and the bird-watching and canoeing were terrific. A nice sunroom on the lake side is screened in and board games are available in case it rains. There is a great lawn on the lake side, good for croquet or volleyball or just sitting in the sun reading and eating outdoors. When we wanted a night out, there was a sweet Irish pub within 10 minutes drive and coffee right down the road so it really was a great getaway from city life. Highest recommendation, we can't wait to go back!

“Love Love Love Love This House!” The house was even more beautiful than the pictures gave it credit for. The view outside is amazing, the downstairs bedroom has it's own bathroom which was a pleasant surprise. Maggie was amazing, she responded right away and gave us our deposit back really fast. We'd definitely stay again!

“Perfect house for reunions and private getaways” The house is absolutely beautiful! We had 11 people fit comfortably with ample room for meals and activities. The neighborhood is spaced out nicely - you truly feel like you have privacy on the back deck. The fire pit is a MUST for anyone visiting. The Top of the World bar/pool is only about a 10 minute walk away, so you can also get out and about if you're looking for a change of scenery. I would recommend to this space to anyone!
