“A few days of paradise” Fantastic house with numerous places to sit inside and places outside on the beach. The house next door was empty so we ended up with a private beach and our own jetty and it was very peaceful. It helped that we had great weather. There is a great restaurant nearby, the Maya Hotel, and the food is excellent. But we had a great kitchen, outside table to eat and an iPod player so it was also good to stay in. Would recommend staying here.

“A perfict vacation!” It was entirely our pleasure to stay at the Maya Beach Hotel Vacation Rental "Aqua Villa" with Ellen and John and their fine staff. It was also our pleasure to sample many of John's culinary creations. We kept saying over and over on the way home what a perfect vacation we had and it all started with the Maya Beach Hotel, Ellen, the guides and trips she selected, the suggestions she had, the wonderful aqua Villa Beach House, and the food at the Bistro which was simply wonderful!!! We all hope to come back and sooner rather than later.

“Peaceful oceanside house” A fully equipped 3 bedroom house & dock with room for 5 adults. Caretakers Martin & Diana were like having our own concierges. 10 miles outside of Placentia so a golf cart or car is really required. We rented a car & were able to tour to Maya ruins & the aTM cave (really the highlight of the trip). Disappointed in the quality of swimming off the adjacent beach & shocked by the amount of garbage washed up on the shore (Martin was out raking up the debris everyday).

“Just what we needed” Flip-flop house private, comfortable. Food was fabulous. Friendly, helpful service. House right on the beach offered wonderful view and delicious breeze. It was great to have kayaks and bikes available.
