“House for Sale” Not sure my review will help anyone. It is currently for sale. The home itself under the current owners is very spacious and comfortable. It worked perfect for 2 families staying under the same roof. 3 bedrooms on the upper level, 4 bedrooms on the bottom level and one bedroom on the main level. Weather was too bad to use the firepit or dock.

“Lots of fun” Overall we had a fun time with our kids & grandkids. Loved having an indoor pool but. The gal & guy who serviced it were very nice. However, we should have been informed about the water situation (sulphur odor & off taste) so we could bring a supply for drinking & cooking instead of making the trek back to the store. The chimney is in dire need of cleaning. The acrid smell of creosote after a rain made using the upstairs living room impossible. We could not open the windows to air it out because the smell from the septic tank wafted in. The septic tank made it hard to use the decks, & hot tub also, depending on which way the breeze was carrying the odor. These are amentities that are mentioned on the rental site. For sale or not, systems should be maintained.

“Wonderful week at always in Season” The house is spacious and comfortable with pool table and games, hot tub and lots of bathrooms. We loved being able to bring our beloved dog!! The lake was beautiful and weather - perfect the week we were there. We were a little concerned with the dock slip and surrounding area being in water to shallow and rocky for boat that we rented, but that worked out fine. Our major complaint was a rodent problem - which seemed to be in attic space.

“Awesome Place” The home was spectacular. Right on the lake. Bedrooms were beautiful - home was well equiped. Upstairs loft area was nice to get away and read or watch TV. Great place, lots of room. Would defintely recommend to anyone.

“Great property!” We did a 4 day 3 night rental for the New Year holiday. When they say to use caution on the driveway in winter conditions they aren't kidding. In addition to the snow we received the week before, we got an additional 6 inches while we were there which made it impossible to use the gravel steep drive without 4 wheel and even then we had some problems. This really is a great property and has some great lake front access. It is located only like 5 or 7 minutes from the rental office, not the 15 or 20 they instructed us when we arrived. All of the furniture is very modern. A better television is needed in the upstairs living room though.
“Great Location, warrants better service” Great Location. Found enormous number of leaves on deck - clearly no one had serviced the unit prior to our arrival. Counter tops and kitchen appliances had gummy feel. Having to bring your own toilet paper made this a pedestrian rental - given the amount of money charged.

“Awesome view was truly Awesome” I stayed at Awesome View with several of my college friends, as well as our new families and had an AMAZING TIME! We loved everything from the indoor pool and fire place, to the easy to use kitchen and dining room; from easy to access lake to the refreshing hot tub; from the multiple family rooms which were great for bonding moments to the game rooms which brought back old rivalries. Walking around the house I was able to see my friends with their kids teaching them how to play chess/checkers, playing guitar around a camp fire or great late night sessions re-hashing the good ole times (we are all in our mid-late 20's so the idea of it just sounds strange). This was truly a great time and we will definitely be back next year.

“Very nice weekend.” Some minor cleaning and repairs to lights in the bathroom. Master bed needs a step to get into the bed. The house is very cozy. Second time we have stayed there. Unfortunately it was cold and rainy most of the time we were there this year. Would love to come back again.

“Great time” The only drawback we had was trying to get someone out to plow the road after the ice storm. This was finally resolved, but we did lose some ski time on our weekend lift tickets. The house was lovely and very comfortable, our dog even had a great time.

“The best part of our whole summer!” We loved our stay at the Crowd Pleaser. It was super convenient to everything we wanted to do, right near restaurants and the lake and tourist shops also. The house had more than what we expected, plenty of space to spread out for all 9 of us. The kids loved the foosball and air hockey tables. The adults loved the deck overlooking the lake and the hot tub. Everything was very clean. The kitchen had more than what we expected--blender, plenty of dishes and plates, mixing bowls, pots and pans, etc. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy. The hardest part was the parking, we weren't quite sure where to park (besides in the garage). We would definitely recommend this to our friends and family. Thanks so much for our wonderful vacation!!

“Can't wait for Deep Creek!” My husband and I rent the property "Timberlodge" for my 5 siblings, their spouses and children, for a total of 28 people. We come from North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York and Maryland We have been coming to Deep Creek for 4 years and have stayed at Timberlodge for two of those years. Our entire family looks forward to this week as the highlight of the year. The children (ages from 4 to 25) have an abundance of activities to choose from. We rent a pontoon boat for the week so there are a lot of lake activities going on as well as movies, the indoor pool, Funland and evenings at the fire pit down by the dock. Two nights before we left my 8 year old niece Katelynn, as she was falling asleep, looked at me and said " I can't wait for Deep Creek next year". That pretty much sums up the sentiments of all of us!
