“Great Location & Breathtaking Views” The house is a little outdated and the basement rooms were a little dark, (I called it a rustic beach house). But it was clean and comfortable and the view and the location were the best we've ever had and that's what made it a wonderful place to stay. The outdoor shower was very convenient, especially coming off the beach with our dog. We had to cut our trip short because of Hurricane Earl, but enjoyed every minute we had there and will be returning next year. The staff was very helpful and made sure we were notified of evacuation plans as soon as they knew of them. Overall, we had a great time and can hardly wait to go again!

“Awesome vacation!” This is a fabulous house! We so much enjoyed our stay that we booked again for next year. The home is nicely furnished with up to date, good quality ammenities and very comfortable. The mattresses and pillows on the beds were good quality too, not something you usually find in a beach rental. Location cannot be beat! There were some minor cleaning issues upon arrival, however, nothing serious. The realty company, once they were made aware of the issue, was quick to offer to have someone come over right away; they could not have been nicer. We would definiately recommend Shorewood Real Estate and angelfish Cottage!

“Looking at the Ocean with more than the comforts of home!!” Our stay at Metro was so comfortable and relaxing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. Two outside showers were awesome. The kitchen was very well equipped with the large pantry for all our groceries. We enjoyed the decking out to the dune with a bench. We used it morning and night. No complaints whatever!

“Very comfortable and relaxing.” We loved the house, for it's comfort and layout. Very nice, but not fancy, perfect for a beach house. A couple of items were needed, a broom and a few more drinking glasses. Other than that, the house was well appointed.

“After 5 yrs of renting July 4th week , still a great get away!!!” We have rented this floating condo for the last 5 yrs. It used to be in alantic Beach, sold and we followed it. The view is unbelieveable on your pergola front deck overlooking the ICW!!! Yachts, barges, sailboats etc. Quaint little fishing pier loaded with locals enjoying a day of fishing. “Excellent Location and accommodations” We had a fabulous time. The centrally located cabin was easy to access and well maintained and appointed. It was very clean and spacious. My family had a great time visiting Maggie Valley. The snow tubing was great fun! We will definitely be back!
