“Awesome” We have never had a bad experience with renting this place. Love the fact that it is away from the mess of the busy beach life but close enough too. Love the peaceful aspect and the owners are great people to work with. If you ever get the chance to rent this place do so. You won't regret it. We will be back.

“Entire family enjoyed everything about our stay” The place where we stayed was spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. The private walkway was a plus. We liked the overhang on our porch where we could escape the sun and rain but still enjoy the terrific view. Went to see the aquarium and spent an entire day at Beaufort. Fort Macon was very educational and enjoyable.

“A great time "For Shore"!” My extended family and I have stayed at One For Shore for 6 summers now. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when visiting Emerald Isle. The house is well appointed and maintained- just pack your clothes and your good to go. The beach access is just across the street making it super easy with the young children. The pool is an added bonus- when you are tired of the sand go relax by the pool. We look forward all year to our most relaxing week at the beach.

“elegance and peacefulness at the beach” Angelfish Cottage was everything we hoped it would be. You are always skeptical when renting a house you have never seen but this house exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable, beautifully decorated and I could tell the owners put a lot of thought into the details. My son especially enjoyed the Playstation and the games (which hadn't been advertised). There were movies available as well as some boardgames. Each room had a flatscreen t.v. two of which were huge. The upperdeck had comfortable lounge chairs so you didnt have to carry anything up there. They have top of the line appliances which were wonderful. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets which we didn't need but appreciated having them if we had. My only disappointment was that the Wifi did not work. I had to access another line that was not secure. Staying at the angelfish Cottage would assure you of an enjoyable vacation at Emerald Isle. :)

“Relaxing Private Family Vacation” We found this cottage to be extremely clean and just a perfect beach cottage for a family vacation. We absolutely loved the section of the beach and the private beach access. Every night, we enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the sunset over the ocean and listening to waves. The huge front porch and rocking chairs were perfect for relaxing and watching the dolphins in the early morning. This was our first visit to Emerald Isle, which we now plan to make a yearly tradition, and perhaps to this very cottage. We have already booked this cottage for next year!

“Just perfect... could almost give Shorewood credit for the great” Our 5th year for the annual family spring break vacation at Pebble Beach Condos on Emerald Isle, but our first year booking through Shorewood Real Estate and we're hooked. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, the property exceeded our expectations a check-in and check-out was a breeze. Unit C-303 gave the four of us plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the view of the ocean and was hands down the cleanest and best maintained unit we have rented at Pebble Beach to date. You just can't beat this property for location and setting. Convenient to everything, yet set just far enough away from the more congested areas, the property is quiet, clean and just perfect for a relaxing week at the beach. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you!!!

“We felt like we were at a resort” We thoroughly enjoyed the convenient location of Pebble Beach and the amenities included at the condo community. Our teenage children had the freedom to explore the multiple pools, tennis courts, and the beach in a safe and family oriented environment. They were also able to ride their bikes to stores, restaurants, mini-golf and go-carts. Our oceanfront view was breathtaking and we enjoyed our time out on the deck. The condo itself was a little dated, such as bathrooms and appliances, but we felt the oceanfront view was a fair trade off.

“Isle Stay Vacation” Isle Stay is a lovely beach home, we have stayed here several years now. We noticed a few more problems this year than in the past, however. The pool table was not usuable, the top rack of the dishwasher kept falling, the dryer needed several cycles to get most loads dry. I did not feel the bathrooms were as clean as I would have liked upon arrival. There was a towel rack pulled out of the wall in one of the upstairs bathrooms (which did get repaired) and the deck had blue paint writing on it.

“Family Vacation to Emerald Isle for 1st Time @ Mint Julep” We have typically vacationed on the Gulf Coast in the past, and decided to try a change of pace and chose Emerald Isle. (Turned out to be a good choice with the recent oil spill affecting the gulf coast) We were lucky enough to find Mint Julep on line in an extensive web search and were very happy with the close proximity to the beach, the private pool, and the family friendly amenities in this affordable vacation rental. In addition, we found Shorewood realty to be very responsive to our requests and we would recommend the location and both this rental unit and the rental company, as well.

“"Edgewater" at Emerald Isle is a wonderful Autumn experience” We enjoyed our stay very much. "Five Stars" to the personnel at Shorewood Real Estate. They were very professional and courteous and provided excelent service. The house was neat and of course the location was "top-notch". We enjoyed the spaciousness of the upstairs area.
