“Awesome” We have never had a bad experience with renting this place. Love the fact that it is away from the mess of the busy beach life but close enough too. “Better than advertised!” Everyone knows that the Outer Banks is a terrific vacation spot. However, we were really impressed by this house and its amenities. The large open layout and construction are first rate. We had kids as young as 1 year old and 6 adults sharing the place and there were large rooms to congregate and quiet places to get away for privacy. The views from the porch and windows were outstanding. The place exceeds its description by far.

“awesome week with the family” This was our 3rd year at Sunnybank, and it was perfect again. Karen has thought of everything you could possibly need. We have 9 grandchildren ranging in age from 12 months to 15 years old, and there is something for everyone! The home is lovely, and we all enjoyed the pool,hot tubs, and large,screened-in game room. The sand dune behind the home was a favorite of ours in the evenings for watching the sunset! Nearly everyday the wild ponies would come around too. Thanks Karen for providing this memorable vacation spot!

“This house and its amenities played a large part in our outstand” The house was a beautifully decorated beach house with lots of amenities --- from the well stocked kitchen, to the hot tub and the whirlpool bath. The extensive audio/visual material, the playstation and the games provided ample entertainment after a day at the beach or sightseeing. The secluded location provided privacy for the outdoor decks/patios. We found the location convenient to beaches and sightseeing without being in the midst of the tourist area.
