“Outstanding Property With Fantastic Views :)” Just come home from from this outstanding property, views was magnificent , penthouse was stunning and clean and spacious, would definitely recommend this property to everybody I know , best bit about the penthouse was walking outside to the terrace and noticing you are over looking a very big swimming pool and the tremendous golf resort, I am definitely going back next year as the place is superb, thanks to Robert for letting us rent his amazing property 5* all he way ;) also security at hacienda riquelme was magnificent. Can't wait to return.

“Great apartment with fantastic roof terrace especially if you want peace and quiet” Apartment as described - situated in a quiet part of the strip. Facilities within apartment were excellent and the private roof terrace with barbecue was the main feature. Note: siesta is from 3-6pm and many local facilities shut down although apartment has easy access to both beeches which were almost empty during siesta time. Bus stop just around the corner at the 17km sign (not marked as bus stop), costs 1euro 5cent to travel anywhere up the strip although no apparent timetable as buses seemed to come at different times each day - beware this is not a 24hr service as our teenagers discovered when coming out of the nightclub at 5am and were dropped off at 13km bus stop (where the marina is)having to walk the remaining 4km. Limited restaurants within walking distance but short bus ride to the marina where there is an excellent supermarket (ATM machine inside is the nearest one to the apt). Great market at the marina on Saturday am - would recommend the spit roasted chicken and ribs. Lovely Mexican restaurant there as well and a number of good bars especially The Lounge. Paddywacks bar at the beginning of the strip (2km zone)was great for the teenagers. Overall we had a great weeks stay in the apartment

“Fantastic 2 weeks in the sun.” This is a great apartment in a really good location. We felt immediately at home here in this very well maintained and equipped property. Particularly enjoyed the extra space up on the roof terrace- a good spot for evening dinner & drinks. Our daughter loved the pool and we spent much of our stay around it! Food was good at the clubhouse and also at local restaurants i Los Alcazares. Would reccomend Lo Pagan beach as one to go to.

“Fabulous location for Golf and” Myself and two friends had a short 4 day golfing break at this fabulous location. The penthouse apartment was spacious with a fantastic large terrace with great views of the golf course and overlooking the swimming pool. Golf here was terrific with other Polaris World Golf courses close by. We visited Murcia which is definetly worth a trip along with Torrevieja. The location is super for golf and sightseeing. The weather was perfect even in November for golf with us able to wear tee shirts and shorts. Highly recommended.

“Ms” Had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this penthouse apartment. The owner was more than helpful re communication and providing so much helpful information. The apartment is very well stocked with all you need. Even beach towels were provided. Every cooking utensil etc. My only critique which is very picky is there is only one large 3 seater sofa. As a family of 5 we all struggled to sit on this together. I feel as the apartment sleeps 6 it could do with another small Sofa or armchair. Plenty of space to sit on the balcony and rooftop terrace and a dining table and chairs indoors also. The apartment is in a nice location and Roda complex is clean and very well landscaped. I hired a car which was a must. Overall extremely happy with this comfortable and spacious apartment and I would stay again.

“Excellent location for golf; only a short drive to the sea.” Very easy to book and organise. The airport was only 25min drive from the apartment and the reception was excellent - with the caretaker meeting us and taking us through all the arrangements, local amenities, etc. The apartment was very comfortable and I particularly like the verandas which wrapped around 2 sides giving access to sun, or shade, all day. The 2 bedrooms had space for 4 people, the lounge spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. We went outside school holidays and the resort was peaceful - ideal for us. There is a local hotel with a gym which you can pay for, but not worth it - it has no outside windows and felt confined. Local supermarket has most of what you need and more extensive shopping is only 20min away. Overall, a great stay - we'll be going back.
