“A calm oasis in a vibrant neighbourhood” From the moment my friend and I entered FitzGeorge we knew we had picked the right place to stay. Our bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds made up with high end linens, the roomy bathroom was well appointed with oodles of hot water, the living area very comfortable looking out onto a charming inner city garden. The kitchen has everything you'd need to make your own meals, although we were happy to sample a few of the fabulous restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood. Katrina was very communicative and the house is spotlessly clean.

“A cool oasis” Our family of four have just returned from 10 days at the Loft. The location is close to trams and buses and in the heart of Fitzroy yet in a quiet spot. We loved the layout of the building with living downstairs and bedrooms above and the services offered by Katrina which included rapid responses to any questions. Having two sets of keys is really important when needing to lock yourself in. The beds were super comfortable and all linen supplied was of high quality. It was great to have sauces, flour etc left by previous guests. We had a mixture of temperatures (so like Melbourne!) and the air conditioning was a definite winner on the 43 degree day. I will definitely be recommending it to friends and family.
