“weekend getaway” We totally enjoyed our stay at the North Tahoe Lodge. My husband and our 2 kids came to NT Lodge just to get away from a busy life style. It has everything you need plus it is close to the stores, Truckee-Donner ski resort, and freeway. It has a great park nearby, if you enjoy cross-country skiing. It has beautiful rooms, sauna, steam room, bar, Jacuzzi, and wine cellar.You really dont need much to bring with you. Awesome kitchen for those who like to cook, and minutes away from great restaurants. Tahoe Donner ski resort specializes in teaching kids how to ski. We are definitely looking forward to come back and enjoy this winter season.
