“Perfect Pack Creek” One of the best places we have ever stayed. The Road House was very well-equipped, spacious and so peaceful. We were very glad we hadn't stayed in Moab, which is on a main road and is quite noisy and busy. The history of the cabin and Edward Abbey is fascinating. We had 5 days at Pack Creek, but could have moved in there permanently! It is slightly away from the other cabins on the Ranch and this also makes it more private. The only minor quibble I have would be that the swimming pool on the main site looked rather neglected and needed cleaning - as it happened, it was not hot enough to want to swim, so this didn't bother us.

“Quiet and far from the world craziness” If you want to disconnect from stress and crazy activity of modern world, I recommend to go there : no cell phone coverage, no noise, a wonderfull night sky, rabbits as most energetic neighbours... We were 2 adults and 3 kids in a perfectly equipped little cabin/ranch, and had everything we needed. The pool is perfect to cool down after a hicking day. You are close to a few wodnerful parks (Arches, Canyonland, deadhorse..) and a few hours driving from others (Mesa Verde) I will certainly come back if i stay in the same area.
