“Exceptional home and vacation” Rented this home for our annual reunion in the summer of 2011. My sister and brother both live out of state and none of us have a home large enough for the entire family. We are 8 adults and 8 children. It was great having every one together in one home. The property layout is perfect as is the house layout. The layout is built like the letter H with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths on one side of the house and 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the other side. The kitchen, dining room, living room and great room are all in the middle. The house was secluded and private yet close enough to Main Street in Southampton and Hampton Bays. The owner was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions. The house was very maintained both inside and out. The kids played with the boat we rented and was able to launch right from the house. My sister and brother and all te inlaws spent our vacation around the pool and hot tub and enjoyed a very peaceful time. I recommend this home and plan on coming back in 2012. Have already made my reservation.
