“We can't wait to go back!” La Villa Blanca is an absolute perfect vacation rental in every way! First, the location is excellent. Samara is a relatively small beach town only an hour and a half drive from Liberia. There are with plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the house as well as a market and an amazing little bakery just inside town. If you plan to cook a lot at the house (which we did), stop at the Maxi Bodega in Nicoya as you drive to Samara for all your necessities. Also inside town is Wingnuts Canopy Tour, they are a great family owned business and the zip lines have amazing views! Once you arrive at La Villa Blanca you completely fall in love with it. (It is even better in person than in the pictures!) The house is clean, comfortable, quiet and most importantly nice and cool (you don't even need the aC most days). The kitchen is fabulous and having a grill was great. The pool was clean and well maintained. The best part was all of the animals you got to watch during the day. There is a squirrel that likes to hollow out the coconuts in the front tree every morning, a praying mantis that lived on the hammock for a couple of days and the biggest iguanas I have ever seen on the roof! During our stay, there were several very rainy days due to a tropical storm, and we had a couple of eletrical problems because of all of the rain. Quinn and Monika would arrive to the house within minutes of us calling and the problems were fixed within an hour. Overall our stay at La Villa Blanca was even better than we expected. After just a couple of days we felt like we had lived there forever! We can't wait to go back!
