“nice house” everything was updated and nice ,except for the mattress they are very old every time we when to sleep and got up we had back paint everybody, and everyroom they need to updated...other then that it was very nice

“Amazing Stay! Abolutely Loved This House!” My friends and I travel every year following our favorite football team and often look for homes to rent that provide many of the amenities you might find in high end hotels. In this home we found a gem. Property is amazing...well kept, spacious and convenient. Working with Paul was awesome and very welcoming. During the stay, Paul was always available at a moments notice if you needed anything. The home provided plenty of room for our group and the pool and spa are an extra added bonus. We were convenient to the highway, grocery stores and even Wal-Mart and restaurants. I will certainly look forward to staying in this property again when my travels bring me back to Tampa! Hats off to Paul and his team. Amazing Property!

“Perfect localtion and great house with a perfect pool.” I'm a rookie at time sharing, but the owner helped me all the way. We saved money by staying here instead of inside Disney. The location was only 10 to 15 minutes for all of the Parks.

“Great vacation location” We had a lovely time staying here. The highlights were the large back yard on the water with the chiki hut and the many other places to relax on the dock. And we even saw a manatee! Having the bicycles to explore the neighborhood and the double kayak to get out on the water was a bonus. The room itself was spotless and very well set up. And fishing off the dock was so much fun! Loved having the barbecue to cook dinners at home alternating with going out the other nights. Chris was very gracious and respected our privacy, while providing everything that we needed to make our stay more than comfortable. One of our best holidays for just relaxing!

“Oasis of calm and fun” The studio is small but convenient. Eating outside in the Tiki Hut every day was great, with the osprey, mangroves, fish, sunset... Near the owner but they always respect your privacy ans are very kind if you need something. Kayaking was great, we were on the water everyday, manatee, shark, stingray. We love our stay.

“A fantastic home away from home” I have rented a number of homes in orlando and I have never experienced such good value. The harry potter childrens room alone was a big hit with my son. everything was very clean and cozy. The included essential groceries was a nice touch as well to save you running to the grocery story the night we arrived.
