“Amazing Stay! Abolutely Loved This House!” My friends and I travel every year following our favorite football team and often look for homes to rent that provide many of the amenities you might find in high end hotels. In this home we found a gem. Property is amazing...well kept, spacious and convenient. Working with Paul was awesome and very welcoming. During the stay, Paul was always available at a moments notice if you needed anything. The home provided plenty of room for our group and the pool and spa are an extra added bonus. We were convenient to the highway, grocery stores and even Wal-Mart and restaurants. I will certainly look forward to staying in this property again when my travels bring me back to Tampa! Hats off to Paul and his team. Amazing Property!

“A house that I could see living in permanently.” I can't think of anything negative to say, OK if I lived there I'd put a couple palm trees and a bar by the pool... I really liked the look of the tile floor in the living room and I really appreciated the fact that there is a DVR connected to the main TV. It is an awesome house.

“Perfect place for a vacationing family” We just returned from a week at Emerald Magic. Everything is as promised. The house is clean and nicely decorated. The pool and patio were great. Never having rented a place before for vacation I was a bit apprehensive - there was no need. Making the arrangements couldn't have been easier. We were in Orlando to visit Disney with our children and grandchildren. Traveling to the parks is a easy 10 minute trip during this time of year. I think our grandchildren said it best - Grandma, can we just go back to the house and swim!!! Our stay at Emerald Island gave us the opportunity to spend some family time together - fixing meals, swimming, relaxing. It was the perfect vacation. The worse thing I can think to say about the place is that the stove is not quite level - this became apparent while I was making pancakes one morning. We were there an entire week and that was the one inconvenience - if you are looking for a place to stay in Orlando, try Ermerald Magic. It is truly a great experience.

“Home for home !” Excellent property. Large spacious house with lovely comfortable beds, great games room and pool. We really enjoyed our stay in Dunestone a flawless villa with all that we needed at hand, close to local shops and main road networks. Windsorhills is a prestigious community and Dunestone was an excellent property. Highly recommended , the villa was equipt to a high standard , the decor was fresh and welcoming and the kids enjoyed the comfy sofas and in house movie system.

“What a precious find in Key West!!” This little cottage is a wonderful find and is everything Barbara claims and then some. We had a wonderful time and Dave was a perfect host meeting us as we arrived and again when we handed the keys to him upon our departure. The only thing that remotely was not spot on was the bicycles that came with the rental, which in my opinion was a bonus to begin with. There were 4 bikes on property which were all pretty old and had issues. 2 had flat tires, one had a broken pedal and 1 worked OK. We rented bikes while we were there instead of using the one's described in the rental post. No big deal. All in all this property is a great find for anyone wanting to visit Key West and be in the middle of Old Town.

“4 day rental of home in Orlando - loved it!” We rented this house for our family and 2 of our other friends (and their kids). We had 6 kids between the ages of 10 months and 5 years. It was perfect and very clean. What I found to be the best part was that each couple had their own room with a private bath! We've stayed in another home similar to this in the neighborhood, but wasn't the same room configuration. Makes a huge difference when you have 4 master suites with private baths. Overall, the entire place was very well kept up - clean pool, kitchen, bathrooms. Great play / theater room, but we didn't have a chance to enjoy it. It was super easy to get to all of the Disney parks and restaurants/food/grocery are all around the corner. Thanks for the great home and ease of booking! Definitely will rent again.

“A fantastic home away from home” I have rented a number of homes in orlando and I have never experienced such good value. The harry potter childrens room alone was a big hit with my son. everything was very clean and cozy. The included essential groceries was a nice touch as well to save you running to the grocery story the night we arrived.

“Lovely place with great accommodations” We had a great time at this place- went with my husband, daughter and son in law and grandchild. There was plenty of room in this 2 bedroom and I love the decor- very modern and festive. The apartment has everything you need, and the building is incredibly clean - the maintenance workers are always working. Pool and hot tub are great, and in the afternoon gets some good shade which I loved. The beach is right out front, and the water is a beautiful turqoise color. I liked the fact that we could shop at the local supermarket and cook at home, it made it less of a headache with a small child and saved money. The building also has valet so parking is easy. Hope to come back again!

“Refreshing, Relaxing,Rejuvenating” This is a very beautiful and newly remodeled house,very clean with everything in order. The pool is wonderful for a early morning dip or just laying in the sun and relaxing. The deck is great for coffee in the morning or rejuvenatng cocktails in the evening. The owner has a great many pamplets on things to do and places to go. Everything you might need is close, grocery, pharamacy,liquor, etc. The house is in a nice neighborhood which makes for a feeling of security and peace of mind.

“We'll be back!!!” We had a party of 8 and booked a last minute stay at this beach house and we're still talking about it! This beach house is even better in person than in the photos. Wayyy bigger than we expected! My wife said if she new all the rooms were going to have such large closets she would have packed a lot more!!! Loved the open floor plan great room allowing us to keep an eye on the kids while cooking, eating and watching the Large screen TV. Really enjoyed dining outdoors in the attached screened room (called the lanai in their listing) in the private fenced yard. The home was recently remodeled so everything is nice and new, even the beds! The entire front of the home provided ample parking for us to pull right across with our tahoe and boat in tow This property was a delightful surprise, you won't be disappointed! There were plenty of local places to launch our boat and cruise the inter-coastal! The location of this house is amazing, just as advertised...a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach and less than 10 minutes up a1a to Daytona! The property manager was super helpful and the amenity discount coupon package they had ready for us upon arrival must have saved us at least $300 with local restaurants and attractions. The only problem was my wife was so spoiled by the full sized stacked commercial washer and dryer conveniently right in the home (compared to our past rentals of condo's, hotels, motels and even some houses that had smaller units requiring her to do laundry daily to keep up! Not here!), and she is no longer happy with what we own at home and wants new ones just like what they had! As you can tell, everything was just great! We can't wait to come back again! Highly recommended!!!

“Perfect stay at a perfect place!” We spent 3 wonderful days at Mondrian and are completely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The view from the room is breathtaking!Sunsets are gorgeous! “Excellent comfort, location and service!!!” I highly recommend this home. It is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable! The pool is gorgeous and the hot tub is the best after a long day at the parks! The location cannot be beat. It is literally 7 minutes from Disney and only 15 minutes from Universal or Sea World. Any restaurant you could imagine is only 5 minutes away; as is Walmart and Target. The owner is extremely responsive and a real pleasure to deal with. I have rented homes in Florida previously and can honestly say this has been my best experience! We would definitely stay here again!
