“A fantastic home away from home” I have rented a number of homes in orlando and I have never experienced such good value. The harry potter childrens room alone was a big hit with my son. everything was very clean and cozy. The included essential groceries was a nice touch as well to save you running to the grocery story the night we arrived.

“Excellent Beach Front Condo” What an amazing location - the beach is literally on your doorstep! The condo was perfect for our family of four. The condo was clean and equipped with everything for our stay. The king size bed was so comfortable that we didn't even miss our Tempurpedic mattress at home (which we love). The air conditioning was amazing, seriously it was amazing to come inside and get a good nights sleep. I've been to places where the air conditioner blows cool air but doesn't remove the humidity so the sheets feel damp and uncomfortable, not this unit. We actually had to turn it off during the day because it was so cold. Did I mention the beach??! The photos are accurate, it's literally right out your sliding glass doors. We've stayed at many beach locations, but never this close to the water. It was so awesome to walk out and enjoy the beach anytime of the day, especially the sunsets. We met several couples next to us and we all agreed ours was the nicest of them all. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare any meal. We used the BBQ several nights to have steak, pork chops, burgers, etc. We cooked a few meals in the condo like spaghetti, breakfast burritos, etc. We spent many nights out on the beach with our neighbors, otherwise we spent the evenings in the condo playing card games, watching movies or taking a late night swim in the pool. We felt totally safe at the location and the assigned parking spot was a bonus being right next to the unit. Would definitely stay again as we are planning our next trip to AMI.

“A wonderful alternative to a hotel stay” Our trip was for a sad family event and we were travelling with a 4 week old infant on a car trip that took 14 hours. The thought of a hotel/motel was horrifying. The Purple Parrot was the perfect alternative. It was wonderful to have a nice mini-home when we got to the coast. We used the pool and spa in the middle of winter. The condo was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed. We would highly recommend this location and have stayed here before during the summer - it was definitely a good time.

“Wonderful quick getaway.” This was a great place to stay, my daughter and I enjoyed the pool and the environment we were in. Will definatly be returning to the Purple Parrot and hopefully this condo in the future.
