“Cumbrian Dream Home” The home was immaculate. Our kids had a blast in the pool and we had a very relaxing spa. This home had everything you ever expected. As soon as we entered the front gates we had the sensation of being very secure and were impressive. The Management Company were very punctual and professional. They gave us a explanation how to get to the home, keys, emergency phone number, access code to the gate, access code to internet ect... Very close to the Disney gates and close to many restaurants and any type of shopping on highway 192. Let us not forget the Walmart. The home was very impressive and exceptionally clean. We have also noticed all the high quality furniture and comfortable beds. Flat screen t.v. in all the rooms. Beautiful pool table in the game room. Thank-you Salvo for being so cordial even as we decided to book with your home. Very good quality home for money you spend, which is very comparable to an Hotel. By the way, thank-you for the good deal you gave us, it was an offer we couldn't refuse. We will definitely being staying in your home next year. It was a vacation we will never forget (including the home).

“This Villa is outstanding...” June 2013 Let me start off by saying that Stephen was an absolute delight to deal with from the outset, answering questions before we booked, then helping us with car hire and Disney tickets. The check in process couldn't be easier, Stephen provides a keycode access for the villa, no keys to collect after a long flight. The house was really nice and all 4 bedrooms were a good size. There was a TV in every bedroom and my sons enjoyed the playstation in their bedroom. The master bedroom had a very nice ensuite and a huge closet :) Kitchen was a great size with all you need to cook family meals. Livingroom was decorated very tastefully and had a nice big TV and dvd player. However what we used and enjoyed the most was theprivate pool and outside patio area and the bbq. :) A+++A The location was great, such a nice neighbourhood and close to all amenities. I suggest to anyone who is looking to do this type of rental...Do not hesitate to rent with Stephen.

“Little Palms Villa is Your Home away from Home!” It was such a pleasure to stay in Little Palms Villa. The process of booking your villa was very smooth. The home was immaculate when we checked in. We loved using a combination lock rather than a "key" to enter the villa. The kitchen was well stocked with every imaginable gadget. The Bose surround sound added a nice touch when we were "chilling" in front of the TV. It pains me to say this, but the bed in the master bedroom is more comfortable than our own! Sabal Harbor was perfect for our vacation, only 15 minutes from the beach, shopping and great restaurants. Thank you for making our vacation a great one. Debi from atlanta.

“Forget the parks! Stay here and relax....” Flew in to Tampa, drove an hour and ten minutes to this beautiful huge pool/spa home.Great location to Disney, which was less than 22 minutes drive (vac. home to Disney gate.) Besides the great off season rate, the house provided so much room, we regretted not asking another family to join us. The kids even asked on numerous occasions if they could please leave the Disney Parks, and go back to the house to swim/go in the hot tub! The clubhouse next door offered great amenities such as tennis,pool, air hockey, ping pong, as well as what was essentially a private pool for us during our stay. Our next visit will entail more R&R and less hurry to the parks! A perfect vacation awaits!!

“Loved it!” First off, Derek has been a pleasure to deal with from our first contact. The instructions he sent to navigate to the house and gain entry were flawless. He checked in with us on our second day to see if we needed anything. The house itself is everything that is promised in his listing. It is very well maintained, very comfortable, quiet and clean. Having your own space and your own swimming pool was priceless. We did not use a lot of the extras in the house, we were too busy playing in the parks! My only minor complaint was the bed in the master bedroom, was a little firm for my liking, it is not terribly uncomfortable just firm. My adult kids enjoyed their beds upstairs. We had an issue with the kitchen sink, the property managers were there to fix it immediately. We enjoyed watching the wildlife and wild storms off the lake. We got to see the two alligators on our first day! There is an alarm on the doors out to the pool for the safety of small children, if you do not close the door within twenty seconds the alarm will go off. This is a great safety feature ( and a Florida law ) but was very nerve wracking for us because we were always trying to get in and out of the door quickly! If you are unfamiliar with the area like we were, make sure you look for a grocery store other than the local one, which is very expensive. There are many to choose from, do your research! If you are going to the park from the house there is a great back way. As you head down 192 towards Magic Kingdom, turn left onto Sherberth Road then to Osceola Parkway , this is especially great for going to the Animal Kingdom and Blizzard Beach Water Park. I highly recommend this home you will not be disappointed. We will be back to stay at the Lake View House-loved it!

“A fantastic home away from home” I have rented a number of homes in orlando and I have never experienced such good value. The harry potter childrens room alone was a big hit with my son. everything was very clean and cozy. The included essential groceries was a nice touch as well to save you running to the grocery story the night we arrived.

“Absolutely Beautiful” The property is absolutely beautiful! It really felt like home away from home. The only critique that I have African Paradise-Vista Cay is, I wish I could have stayed longer! There is something (pool, lake, view, location, fitness, etc.) for everyone on the property.

“Everything you need all in one place!” This home is just as it states. Very comfortable, roomy and has lots of amenities. The heat this past week was crazy, but having the pool right in the backyard was ideal! On days we ventured to the beach there was a pop up tent and umbrella for the much needed shade as well as coolers , beach blankets and carts to lug your stuff. The walk to the beach takes about 10 minutes - 4 blocks- but easy. The bikes at the house needed some TLC. The one had a flat that was not able to be pumped and the other was too small for a tall rider. It was no big deal as we retested bikes from a local place. Biking is great on the island! Our family had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back!

“We'll be back!!!” We had a party of 8 and booked a last minute stay at this beach house and we're still talking about it! This beach house is even better in person than in the photos. Wayyy bigger than we expected! My wife said if she new all the rooms were going to have such large closets she would have packed a lot more!!! Loved the open floor plan great room allowing us to keep an eye on the kids while cooking, eating and watching the Large screen TV. Really enjoyed dining outdoors in the attached screened room (called the lanai in their listing) in the private fenced yard. The home was recently remodeled so everything is nice and new, even the beds! The entire front of the home provided ample parking for us to pull right across with our tahoe and boat in tow This property was a delightful surprise, you won't be disappointed! There were plenty of local places to launch our boat and cruise the inter-coastal! The location of this house is amazing, just as advertised...a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach and less than 10 minutes up a1a to Daytona! The property manager was super helpful and the amenity discount coupon package they had ready for us upon arrival must have saved us at least $300 with local restaurants and attractions. The only problem was my wife was so spoiled by the full sized stacked commercial washer and dryer conveniently right in the home (compared to our past rentals of condo's, hotels, motels and even some houses that had smaller units requiring her to do laundry daily to keep up! Not here!), and she is no longer happy with what we own at home and wants new ones just like what they had! As you can tell, everything was just great! We can't wait to come back again! Highly recommended!!!

“Great Spot!” We stayed at this property over New Year's for a week with our two teenage children and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House is situated on a golf course in a quiet neighborhood and is close to restaurants, shopping, and near the interstate so easy access to attractions. House was clean and spacious and the master bedroom had a large washroom with an awesome shower. Free WiFi kept our kids happy and the patio/pool area was lovely with lights under the patio umbrella which was nice in the evenings. Laundry facilities were great and plenty of towels and extra blankets too. I would recommend this property to anyone. Great spot!

“Great house close to Disney World” We really enjoyed our week at Serendipity. I took my family down to Orlando with my brother and his family. There were 10 of us in total and the house was prefect for our group. The kids had a blast in the pool and the game room, and the living room was ideal for a large group to relax and unwind after a long day at the parks. We have been to Disney World several times but this was the first time staying at a house. It was much different from staying in one of the Disney hotels. It really felt like a home away from home. The pool area had lots of chairs, a grill and a security fence. The house was nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully functional as was the washer and dryer which came in handy. I was a little nervous handing over three grand to pay of the house, but Sarah really set my mind at ease. She sent me the address to the house so I could take a look on Google Earth. She sent me the link to her renters license which showed that there were no complaints logged against her. She also helped me make arrangements to have gift baskets ready at the house when the kids arrived. She went out of her way to make sure that my vacation was carefree. I had paid for the heated pool, which was great when we arrived. I'm not sure what happened but at some point between the start of the week and the end of the week, the heat either stopped working or was somehow turned off. At first I talked myself into thinking that the temperature just seemed different, but by the end of the week it was clear that it was no longer working. I talked to Sarah and she was surprised by the development but was willing to work with me and we came up with a solution that worked for both of us. My only real complaint would be the that we encountered a few palmetto bugs in the house. These were big and scary. I contacted Sarah and she explained to me that palmetto bugs are common in Florida and also told me that they regularly treat the house to deal with them and in fact the house had been treated before we arrived. She went on to explain that we should start to see them die or find them dead as the result of the treatment. This is exactly what we saw. The bugs we found going forward were either dead or dying. Just to be clear, it's not like the house was infested, but we did encounter five or six of them during the week. Despite the bugs, we still had a great time and enjoyed the house. Sarah was great through the entire process. I would rent Serendipity again.

“Home from home” Several branches of our family from different parts of the world met up for this holiday. It really was home from home everything you needed was provided and the villa is laid out in such a way it made being together to catch-up and relax very easy. The location for getting out and about was fairly central and within easy reach of the attractions, shops etc so young and old were catered for.We didn't want to leave.
