“Bradenton Beach Gem!” My husband and I stayed in the 1-bedroom unit of this cottage the last week of February 2013 and couldn't have been more pleased with it! In addition to being in a perfect location, it had everything that we could have hoped for and more--the interior has been renovated very nicely while keeping its unique coastal charm; so well put-together. We loved its amenities, especially having access to beach chairs, full laundry out back, a nicely equipped kitchen, the outdoor grill and very reliable Wi-Fi. More than enough room for 2 people to really spread out, too. We really appreciated having the cozy front porch and spent a fair bit of time there--the perfect spot for morning coffee or to curl up with a book. Bridge Street shops and restaurants are minutes walking distance and more importantly, the beach and the bay are both less than a minute walk away--you are almost right in the middle of both! You can catch sunrises from the community dock and beautiful Gulf sunsets at the beach--gorgeous! The beach itself is beautiful, sugar white sand and beautiful shells for collecting! Everyone on the street was very friendly, and it was very quiet, which we'd worried about considering the proximity to Gulf Drive--the week we visited, things got very quiet after dark. We also met some very lovely people in the immediate area, including the neighbours in the adjacent unit. Highly recommend a stay here if you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation and cozy accommodations, looking forward to our next Bradenton Beach holiday!

“Awesome Place to stay!!!” We stayed here early part of august and was very impressed with this home. Very nice and clean and such a neat area of Hudson. Very close to shopping and restaurants. We found the excellent steak house Harold Seltzer's that was excellent food. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.

“Awesome place!” It was an awesome place to rent. It was exactly what the pictures showed no surprises. It was nice to cruze around with the golf cart. Nice place, lots of activities to keep you busy. Pools were awesome also. I was surprised of the color of the ocean. Friendly people.

“A Little Slice of Heaven” My husband and I stayed here with our pup for two weeks. The owners were outstanding in every way. We love Sarasota and rental is a perfect place to stay as it is close to everything. Each morning as we walked our pup, we met the nicest neighborhood folks. You can walk down the street to see amazing sunsets with your cocktail. It is in the museum district, so it is a short hop to the beaches, theaters, downtown and St. Armands Circle. The owners, Sue and Dawn have been the best hosts anyone could ask for. We highly recommend this place!

“Perfect beach cottage get away” Loved the location and setup of the bungalows. A short stroll to the beach past the shaded pool and deck area. Fire pit lounge chairs and volleyball on the beach beautiful sunsets. Accommodation was the lobster shack. Cute theme in all the rooms quiet bedroom , roomy living area with kitchen and bathroom. “Just what we wanted with young kids” The walk to the beach and water was 10 seconds, the ocean was shallow and was ok for our 3 year old and when they got hot and tired the retreated to the shaded pool! Liz has every toy imaginable and for the adults the Irish pub across the street was pretty awesome! Will return every year!

“An Incredible Two Nights at The Guest Cottage” I just returned from staying at the Guest Cottage. I was in Orlando on business and had two days to drive down to Cocoa Beach to catch my breath. The Guest Cottage was exactly what I needed. I am a single Mom with two kids in college. I rarely get to have two days back to back off to myself. The pictures really don't do it justice. Laying on a lounge chair by the koi pond with the running water was so relaxing. The Cottage is clean and remodeled with custom touches throughout. I like new, updated, clean bathrooms, what female doesn't! The owners were exceptional to work with and had great ideas for restaurants that I could walk to. The Cottage has everything-cable tv with all the channels, a small refrigerator, a coffee pot (you need to bring your own coffee!) and is steps from the beach. I highly recommend the Cottage to you, well worth the rental fee. The owners make it very easy to rent the cottage and you can trust them!

“it's like paradise” it's only some steps to a private beach situation very clean - the owner ist german, so very reliable and living near the appartement so you can ask them any question. it's very quiet but you could have also action with shopping in Tampa and most other attractions like the Dali museum or outdoor activities. only 2 minutes away there's a woderful fish restaurant the mix of all makes the vacation here incomparable.

“Amazing!” This place is the best. We will definitely return. The cottage had everything we needed, plenty of dockage for our boats, kids loved the kayaks, and spectacular views. Martha was wonderful to work with and made sure we had everything we needed.
