“WOW! Spectacular Condo with a WOW View!” This condo has everything we wanted, the balcony provided an awesome view and the most beautiful rainbows that I felt like I could reach out and touch! The location is convenient to many restaurants, Pier Park, shops. We so enjoyed the beach, pool, gym and restaurant at Tidewater. If you are looking for a spacious condo this one is for you! The King size bed is so comfortable even the pillows! Ice maker in the kitchen works great. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Thank you Max. Hope to do this again!

“Great place on the beach!” Rest Assured is a great vacation spot for a single family or several families. It has a nice pool with jacuzzi, the kitchen has everything just about anyone would need, as well as comfortable bedding and other furnishings. It is a very comfortable home and we enjoyed it thoroughly during our week stay. The gameroom upstairs was very popular with the kids. The location right on the beach with a convenient boardwalk to the sand is a big plus. It's a nice walk down to Bob Sikes Cut. The only potential drawback to this home is that it does not have high-speed internet access.

“Grand & Glorious” Our stay at Blue Moon was without a doubt one of the finest times our family has ever had. The ocean was clean and clear, the waves just right. The house is spacious and most comfortable. A lasting memory are the glorious sunsets from the porch painting the clouds with sifting hues of gold, orange and pink. This stay was a comfort to the soul.

“Wonderful Vacation!” We had a wonderful vacation staying at this condo. It was just as pictured; spacious, clean, fully equipped kitchen, and a million dollar view! My favorite space was the over sized balcony which I spent many hours enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. Restaurants and shopping are near by. We enjoyed a jet ski tour of shell island and a sunset catamaran ride. Solange was honest and very helpful arranging our stay. She was very prompt at answering all questions and concerns weather it be by email or phone. I would definately stay here again!

“Panama Paradise” 5 Star..Excellent deal and very clean and beautifully decorated 2 BDRM and 2 Bath condo with several amenities;2 large pools, huge hot tub and beach access. “Perfect location on the beach, perfect condo” Four of us stayed in this unit July 5-12, 2014, during possibly the busiest week of the season for the Gulf Coast. We have stayed, over 20 years, in many types of accommodations along the coast. We knew what we wanted: A condo right on the beach, contemporary decor, modern bathrooms, two master suites and a balcony that is furnished comfortably. This unit exceeded our expectations. Artem, the owner, was easy to work with as we made arrangements in advance. He provided all the information we needed so that we could simply go to the unit without having to meet him (a big plus, since we were tired). We arrived a few hours earlier than check-in, but it was easy to just park our car in the garage ($30 for a weekly pass) and relax near the beautiful swimming pools. When we got our parking pass and swim bracelets from the Emerald Isle office, we were pleasantly surprised to see how well-managed the building is. The staff is friendly and competent, security was visible all day and night so we felt very relaxed in the building and on the grounds. We also had most of our meals on the comfortably furnished balcony (the best balcony furnishings we've ever had in a condo). The furnishings in the condo are as beautiful as they seem in the photos -- very contemporary, clean, so many artistic designer touches. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and everything we could need -- and we do a lot of cooking. Artem also made some wonderful recommendations for restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the Oyster Bar right across the street, a sushi restaurant near the pier and the Hofbrau House (I think) with German food and music. So much to do and so little time. This has been one of the most pleasant Gulf Coast vacations ever and we will return.

“Heaven on the Beach” Well let's start with this. This was my 4th trip to this condo, and even have 3 more trips planned. The owners John and Karan are the best to deal with. They care about every part of your visit to this condo in heaven. Each time I have planned my trips it gets better each time. The condo has everything you will ever need for your stay all the way down to the view that is more than words. This trip was my winter trip and I was there for 2 months. Granted the owners can't control the weather, but you know they always wanted to make sure the stay was nice. Even with a winter in 2014 that has been something all over the world. This stay in the condo was great. Close places to shop and eat. Pier Park just down the road for shopping or movies. The beach right out your back door. Now staying in the Winter is different than Summer but the summer is the best with this condo. You are in walking distance to Restaurants, and the Pier. Walking on the beach is right there. You have all the parking you need. This condo has everything in the Kitchen you will ever need in case you want to cook in, but always have your needs met for meals. There is beach chairs and umbrella included in your condo rental. This will save you money and the staff with the chairs are great to work with. John and Karan have a nice book in the condo with information about places to visit, go eat, and things to do. The balcony is great to have a evening dinner and watch the sunset and enjoy a nice drink. Being on the 21 floor the views are something to see. If you have ever stayed some place and walked out and remembered you left your key in the room and you are locked out. Well not here it is so nice to have a secure code for your door and never have to worry about the finding a Key to get in your door. Thank you John and Karan for having a place to share with your guest. I will be back more.
