“Brilliant, beautiful worth EVERY penny” We have stayed at this villa every year since 2009 and have already booked it for 2012. Very close to Disney and Old Town in Kissimmee. Highly recommend it I have had several friends who have also hired it and have all said the same. Worth every penny! Clean and well looked after. “Perfect in every way” We arrived Christmas day to a decorated tree & a welcome hamper with essentials. The villa was everything & more perfect home from home. We have 2 boys aged 12 and a 3 year old. It is located 15 - 20 mins from the hussle and bussle so perfect after a busy day. The pool & hot tub were great and the kids loved them, the pool was safe with a guard around it shallow end perfect for the little one. BBQ, buggy, booster seats all available in the villa. Absolutley perfect.

“An ultra comfortable home from home in the heart of florida!” Having completed a lot of research in locating the perfect villa to stay in whilst visiting the Disney parks, we came across Kylemore through a family recommendation. The photographs and write up of the villa seemed to have a lot to offer and had a lot to live up to. On arrival we were amazed at what was supplied in the villa. With young children, we even found toys and pool equipment to keep them busy, as our stay went on and we relaxed deeper into our holiday, the home comforts were really appreciatted. We've had an incredible holiday, largely due to this clean, spacious and homely holiday villa. Thank you, we will definatley be back!!!!!!

“Amazing high quality Orlando Villa. 5*” After staying in various Villas in different areas around Orlando I have to say that this is right up there as one of the Best. From the moment I sent off for a quote to closing the door on our final day the whole experience has been a pleasure. Darren and Gail have been exceptional Owners trying to Accommodate our every need, The Villa it self is maintained to a very high standard with all of the mod cons you would ever need. The location on Sandy Ridge is amazing with a Publix supermarket and chili's only 10 minutes away. With the added bonus of Old Lake Wilson Road only 5 mins away which gives you access to Formosa gardens (Restaurans) and Sherbeth road (great Disney short cut). Overall this is a fantastic Villa that my family will stay in again and again.

“Lovely Villa” Stayed in this villa for two weeks over the Christmas period. On arrival villa was lovely clean and spacious and everything you needed was available. Heated pool was a bonus. Had three teenagers and one youngster and they loved the games room and pool each evening! Experience enjoyed by all the family. Owner very prompt to respond to any queries. “Fantastic villa situated just right for the Orlando experience” Good quality holiday rental at a great price. Lots of information left by owners and before we left the UK which was a great reassurance - where to eat, shop etc. The villa was exactly as advertised and even though we landed in the dark we found the villa after 40mins from leaving Orlando international. A tip from me would be to use google maps to familiarise yourself exiting the I4 at Champions gate (which we missed) as you can travel to the next junction and turn right onto the 24 to head north to Westridge. Everything happens quickly on the 24 but don't worry as there are plenty of places to U turn if you miss the exit for Westridge development. Just like being at home and the pool guy called every week to clean the pool / jacuzzi. Just book it and enjoy. Driving is easy after 1st day. Eat meals at the Crackerbarrel store about 4 miles south on the 24 but if you love steaks go to Manny's Chop house 13 miles south on the 24 at Haynes city, it takes about 20 mins if that to get there - what an experience and supperb steaks - get them medium to medium rare but don't burn them. About $20 for a steak and a drink but phone ahead for reservation which we did from the villa's phone ....easy...

“Fabulous house in a great location” 152 Essex Place is a beautiful house , it is very spacious and well maintained. The pool area is also a good size with adequate furniture. The games room is an added bonus and was a great hit with my boys (10yrs and 13yrs). This house is in a great location close to Champions Gate where there is a supermarket , a selection of restaurants and a drug store. It is also only a short distance from the Disney parks and Universal Studios which can be easily reached from Interstate 4. Highway 192 is also close by where there is a huge selection of restaurants. Overall a very pleasant experience.

“Exceptional Stay” Place was easy to find. Gated Community with easy access. Absolutely enjoyed our stay from the moment we walked in until the time we left. Of course some things don’t always go as planned. We had a few issues with light bulbs and minor things. The management team came over and replaced everything as needed. Friendly staff, nice layout of home, very clean. Furniture was very nice and comfortable. Everything you need on a vacation provided at this place. Highly Recommend!!! Can’t wait to stay again!

“Excellent” This villa is situated on Bass Road, Kissimmee which is the quieter end of the town but has excellent access to all the parks and shopping areas. Well proportioned for a family it consists of 2 x double and 1 x twin bedroom with 2 bathrooms. The presence of a Walmart and Aldi .5 mile down the road makes shopping a breeze whilst keeping the peacefulness of the villa. The pool was warm and the terrace was sunlit after about midday. It was still warm enough to breakfast on the terrace on the days when we didn't go out. The letting company was friendly and answered our queries straight away. The owners were helpful and only an e-mail away. Cracking holiday in a lovely location. Miss seeing our daily visit from a very large raptor that sat on the telegraph pole and seemed totally unconcerned by our presence in the pool Tony
