“Wonderful Stay” My family and I had the opportunity to stay 1 week. This house is amazing and comes equipped with everything you need to make our stay amazing, the owner John was very pleasant and addressed all of my questions promptly. They are stores and restaurants near by. The home has a game room in the garage in which we thoroughly enjoyed, as well as card games to help pass the time. We will be staying agian in the future!!!

“We had a Great stay” We stayed here for a week in Febuary and would consider staying again in the future. Communication was good with Myat using e-mail. The house was very comfortable and the kids loved the game room and vidio games in there bedroom.We paid extra for pool heat and by midweek it was warm enough to swim at night. The location is EZ to access the parks and took us more like 20-25 minutes to disney but it is all highway I-4 so it goes by fast. Overall the stay was great and so was the value.

“Fantastic house and resort” We stayed in the house for two weeks in October/November and had a brilliant time. The house was fantastic and had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped and maintained. The new pillow top beds were very comfortable. Although the weather was a bit colder following the hurricane, we were still able to spend some time in the pool, which was within easy walking distance from the house. We read in some reviews that the pool was not clean, well that was not our experience. Whilst in the gym early most mornings, we saw that the pool and surrounding areas were being cleaned. We can wholeheartedly recommend the house and resort and would have no hesitation staying in the house again. Many thanks to the owners for their quick responses to our questions and the detailed instructions. NB: the new children play area is very cool.

“Annual summer getaway” We loved this place. We stayed for almost five weeks and needed nothing. it was close to the parks, grocery store, Wal Mart, outlet malls, golf, Universal and Sea World are only 40 minutes away and the beach an hour.The house was spacious,the games room entertained daily, especially on those rainy hours!all the comforts of home are available to you in the house.The pool was a great hit and well used, sometimes 8 - 10 hours in a day! With three young children, it is a must when looking for a home and this one had it and lots of space within the lanai to relax as well. loved the pool light at night. It gave it a very romantic feel for when the kids were in bed and the parents could just sit by the pool and spend time together.Any issues (however small or big) were taken care of promptly. For longer stays, maybe the sheets could be a bit more comfortable(in the master) and maybe two sets in order to change them up without having to change and make with the same set of sheets. Lots of towels!!! Loved that. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting the Orlando area, whether it was for a week or an extended stay. i am planning on returning in two years and hope to rent the same house for an extended stay again.

“A Home from Home in Sunny Florida” Just home from our second trip to Orlando staying at Garry & Ann's lovely villa - Closest to the Magic and all I can say is "when can we go back for a third stay?!" As soon as you step through the door you instantly feel at home, with a spacious living area, well equipped kitchen and large bedrooms. Not to mention the wonderful pool/spa/deck area - a real treat at the end of a long tiring day at the theme parks! The home is alarmed as well as being in a gated community, which adds a level of security to your stay. A safe is available for use too which comes in very handy for stashing away passports and the like. The views in the morning from the pool area are second to none - beautiful sunrises and hot air balloons in the distance. What a lovely way to start a day! With a Publix and a Walmart a short drive away, you can quickly make this villa feel like home after stocking up on provisions. A large fridge, an oven and microwave, as well as other small kitchen appliances allow you to have a meal or two at "home". A choice to eat out by the pool or at the large dining table. We feel this villa offers great value for money - it's huge! And we would hesitate to recommend Garry and ann's Closest to the Magic villa to our friends and family (and you, reading this review!)
