“Absolutely First Class!” Everything went without a hitch. We were picked up at the dock and our hostess stopped at the market so we could shop and then to the Villa. The house had a beautiful view to the west over Chocolate Hole so the sunsets were spectacular. The indoor pool was really great since it rained a lot during our stay. The outdoor showers off the two master baths made it extra special. We only used the two bedrooms and baths on the main floor but the third room downstairs was as nice as the others with it's own balcony and beautiful bath with terrific shower surrounded by glass bricks. The thing that impressed us the most was the quality and design of the furniture and all the spaces. We didn't realize until the second day that the interior stonework on the walls was actually hand-painted by an accomplished artist. All the furniture was top drawer including all the very expensive chaises on the terraces. My wife said it was the best bed she has ever slept in and we have the Select comfort system at home.Even the laundry room had two top of the line front loading washers and dryers. We chose not to rent a car since we were there only three days b/4 our cruise on the arabella so the taxis ran about $30 each way into Cruz Bay for four people but we loved the house (home?) so much that we only went into town twice. All in all, it is hard to believe the owners rent this out since it is obviously their home away from home. I think they love it so much that they want to share it with others. We will be back with more friends in the future and I don't care what room I get as they are all great and have their own special benefits. Also, we will have Dinner with Ted come in and cook for us next time at least one night.

“The views are even better than they look online!” This house is fantastic. The views are amazing. We had six couples travel for some warm sun and the house couldn't have been more accommodating. It has the views, the pools, and enough room to get away if need be. They have thought of everything. We cooked a few meals and every utensil is there. We went to the beach and they had chairs and coolers for us to take. When we stayed around the pool there were chairs and floating rafts to use. The new pool is great and large enough for everyone to enjoy. The tennis court and basketball hoop are there if you want to get some exercise. They do have air conditioners in each room but we never used them. The breeze is perfect and will keep you cool each night. The location is perfect. It takes about ten minutes to get to Cruz Bay. If you need a grocery item it only takes a few minutes to go and get back. Trunk Bay was about 25 minutes or so. The elevation of the house is just about right. You have views of the sun set and sun rise. Check in was easy and Coby was always near when we needed something. The island lost power on Super Bowl Sunday and Coby showed up and started up the generator. We didn't even think about checking to see if there was a generator before we rented. Each room is a little different. Some have more stairs or better views. At the end of the trip all six couples said they would be happy with the same room if we returned next year. Great Expectations has the perfect set up for multiple couples or large families.

“Fantastic Room” White Seagull was the best room we have ever had, and we have traveled all over!!! The pictures on the website, although lovely, don't even compare to the real thing. Decks on 3 sides, awesome views of neighboring islands and so convenient to Cruz Bay. The furnishings were beautiful and the bathroom-you have to see it to believe it!!! We'll definitely be going back.

“Tropical Paradise” This home was everything we hoped it would be. Every room has a view of the ocean. The pool was enjoyed at sunset after a long day at the beach. The deck was a a wonderful place to have dinner under the stars or breakfast with the tropical island breeze.

“I felt like a queen!” The home was fabulous! My family hadn't been on a vacation together for ten years. Catered To was very attentive to all our questions and helped us get acclamated to the home. Vista Caribe is a beautiful house overlooking the bay. There was room for all of us to spread out and relax together. I loved eating outside on the deck overlooking the bay and gardens, the pool, and the gorgeous four-poster beds. The gourmet kitchen almost made me want to cook on vacation, well almost. The only negative, no Olympics NBC channel!

“-Zen” This house is absolutely amazing. I stayed here on 2 separate trips & I would do it again. The Ocean views just smack you in the face as soon as you open the front door. Everything is beautiful, all of the en-suite bathrooms are beautifully identical. The outdoor wet bar, the bathroom & outdoor shower right by the pool are so convenient. The house stereo pumps all throughout the house & downstairs by the pool. so just plug in your Ipod & your set. All types of pretty tropical flowers surround the property. The views are great from every bedroom, bathroom & balcony. The house has everything you can possibly think of - Beach coolers, chairs, towels, you name it. You'll love it. Signed, Satisfied Customer ps... if you just need a 3 bedrooms, I also stayed at Latitude & that house is beautiful too. The hot tub next to the pool is nice for those late night dips.

“great house--great views” We really enjoyed staying in this house. The views were unbelievable and having the covered deck for shade was awesome. Also enjoyed the pool as it is bigger than many. We loved the iquanas by the pool deck! They were so interesting and entertaining. They kept away from us so they weren't scary at all. The house is very breezy so we didn't miss having AC. We did use the AC in the bedroom although we found it noisy and it disturbed our sleep. Bed was comfy and the house is very nicely appointed. Also not too far from town but a quiet, private location.

“A Belated Honeymoon” My husband and I loved staying at the Blue Tang. It was in a great location with awesome views. The villa had everything we could have wanted including beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc. The property management company responded quickly to any issues or questions that we had. We would definitely stay there again.

“Sunset Beach” We have now stayed in approximately 8 Villas managed by Catered To, and Sunset Beach did not disappoint. The views are incredible and our kids loved the fact that we had our own beach right in front of the house. The layout of the home was very conducive to a large group, or two families. The only negative I can think of was that neither of our cell phones had any reception while on the property. A small inconvenience for such a fabulous home!

“Private, peaceful, stunning views!” This is our third trip to St. John, and our first stay at Palm Vista. The Villa is beautiful - the view exceeded our expectations. Michael met us at the ferry and escorted us on the very exciting trip to the property. He is a wonderful host with great attention to detail, providing information on local restaurants, shopping, and provisioning services. Our favorite moments were watching the sunrise over the National Park, and enjoying our evening meal on the veranda as the sun went down. The location provided us with a peaceful, private retreat to celebrate our 35th anniversary. We are already planning a return trip to Palm Vista next year. If you are considering this Villa for your St. John vacation, you will not be disappointed.
