“Beautiful Villa” Myself and my husband have just returned from a 2 week stay at Villa Santiago - it is as beautiful as it looks on the photographs, and Sue works hard to keep the garden looking so lovely. We arrived quite late on the first night, but Sue waited up for us and had kindly gone to the trouble of purchasing us a light supper, complete with bottle of wine - and the provisions for breakfast the following morning - so we were able to relax on the terrace and unwind. Sue went out of her way to ensure everything that we needed for our holiday was provided and beyond!! The villa is extremely well equipped, and has excellent wifi if you need it. The air conditioning is an added bonus for the hot nights. There is also an excellent iPod docking station/stereo system for evenings on the terrace. The hill that has been mentioned is quite steep, but if you don't mind walking and take flat sandals it is manageable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would like to thank Sue and Victor for their kind hospitality, it was an absolute pleasure meeting you both.

“Retirement treat” Absolutely loved our all too short week at this fantastic villa, booked as a family treat to celebrate my retirement 12 months ago but had to be pushed back due to covid. Plenty of room for our 4 generations of our family aging in range from 4 months to 80 years - everyone loved every single minute spent there. It's the minute details that make a holiday when your staying in a villa and the owners have thought of everything - I really can't find fault with anything. We did have car hire for the old & young members of the family but a brisk 10 minute walk will take you into Moraira just make sure you've got a hat & bottle of water for the amble back up - the last bit up the road doesn't have many shady areas . Lovely bar/restaurant a 5 min walk around the corner & the biker bar at the bottom of the hill has live music on some days & had a nice vibe. Staff at both these venues were fabulous. Loads of great bars & restaurants down in Moraira & playgrounds dotted around to keep the kids entertained - there really is somewhere for everyone. The only downside was having to hand the keys back at the end of our stay - Amanda is so lucky to have this place and I'd like thank her for allowing guests to share their beautiful holiday home. Any queries I had were answered promptly & my request to move our stay date on 12 months due to covid restrictions dealt with sympathetically. The daughter wants us to go back & she's really hard to please Amanda - Los Arcos - Moraira - you've been amazing and it really is our "happy place" - we'll be back

“Will definately be returning here” Lovely villa only short walk to the beach front with lots of restaurants. Villa in a nice quiet area, About 40 minute walk to the harbour in the 37 degree heat. Spent most of our time in the lovely pool. Grandson fell in love with the top floor chill out area. Claimed that straight away. Mikel met us and showed us around when we arrived. Even took us shopping. Was available if we needed him, but we had no problems.
