“Cozy Longmont Cabin” We had an excellent time exploring the Longmont area and RMNP. Billie and her sister were excellent hosts. The cabin was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it and will be looking to book it again if we are back in the area.

“Great Condo for Families to vacation in Crested Butte!” We stayed in this great condo with the beautiful views over Spring Break. It was close to the ski resort so we could walk or take the free shuttle. The kitchen was large and fully stocked for cooking meals and it had plenty of space for the family to move around and enjoy the week. We loved the condo and Crested Butte and will definitely be staying again next year. The owners were very friendly and helpful when we needed anything or had questions. Highly recommend this place!!!

“Gorgeous mountain setting and cool rains. Perfect to rest and r” Aspenwood #201 was perfect for a long get away weekend with my elderly parents. Cozy but lots of room and great views. The afternoon rains gave us time to take naps and get ready for some awesome dinners in Vail. We came to visit our son in Minturn and fish for 3 days, so out of the hustle and traffic of Vail Village, but close enough to drive in to shop and eat. The garage was tight for our Suburban so had to maneuver a few times. Also, being from TX, just assume every place has air conditioning, but this unit does not. We did not need it even with the highs being in the upper 80's.

“Quiet, safe sojourn to the Vail Valley and Beaver Creek” Property is clean, quiet and convenient to Beaver Creek. Heated parking below ground and key pad access is very nice. Service from rental folks is excellent, we had a couple of appliance and equipment challenges and the staff took care of them post haste.

“Return to Paradise” We appreciate so much the opportunity to return to the beautiful Robason home in Vail after having to cancel a previously planned to Estes Park. The weather was beautiful even with a small amount of snow dusting the bannister railings. We enjoyed Restaurant Week very much and hiked several trails in the area. Thanks to the Robason family for the wonderful week!

“Beautiful Place to Stay” This rental was everything we were expecting. There was a lot of room and it was great for children. The hot tub was a nice bonus, and I could have stayed here for weeks! The river out back was calming. We will definitely stay here again. This is a great rental for a large group. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved playing hide and seek in this cabin. No complaints here.

“Very impressed with beautiful condo” We always been a fan of Prudential Properties and they are the first site we check when planning a trip to Vail. We enjoyed the condo we stayed in at Timbercreek very much. It was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen/living area was quite spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with the necessary items to prepare meals. We were a little concerned about being located just west of West Vail but the bus ride never felt long and it never seemed too long for one to arrive. The only downside to the condo were the beds. Given how the rest of the condo was furnished and decorated we were expecting decent beds, but they definitely need to be upgraded. Knowing guests will most likely be crawling into bed after a long day of skiing, they really should be replaced/improved. We didn't watch much tv but it was rather small and oddly placed in the living room. Overall the condo was beautiful with it's hard wood floors, high ceilings, and wood beams and it felt like we were in an individual home and not a small condo, as you can sometimes wind up with.

“Perfect vacation” We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Beaver Creek. This condo was perfect for our family with two teenage boys. We loved the layout, it felt very 'homey'. The pullout sofa was comfortable, but the boys even liked just sleeping on the comfy couches. The ski in/ski out set up was perfect. The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs. A short walk to Beaver Creek Village, we just love it! Also, the agent we worked with from Berkshire was very helpful as well as the concierge. It was incredibly easy to check in, and best of all no required clean up on the way out!
