“Gorgeous mountain setting and cool rains. Perfect to rest and r” Aspenwood #201 was perfect for a long get away weekend with my elderly parents. Cozy but lots of room and great views. The afternoon rains gave us time to take naps and get ready for some awesome dinners in Vail. We came to visit our son in Minturn and fish for 3 days, so out of the hustle and traffic of Vail Village, but close enough to drive in to shop and eat. The garage was tight for our Suburban so had to maneuver a few times. Also, being from TX, just assume every place has air conditioning, but this unit does not. We did not need it even with the highs being in the upper 80's.

“Quiet, safe sojourn to the Vail Valley and Beaver Creek” Property is clean, quiet and convenient to Beaver Creek. Heated parking below ground and key pad access is very nice. Service from rental folks is excellent, we had a couple of appliance and equipment challenges and the staff took care of them post haste.

“Return to Paradise” We appreciate so much the opportunity to return to the beautiful Robason home in Vail after having to cancel a previously planned to Estes Park. The weather was beautiful even with a small amount of snow dusting the bannister railings. We enjoyed Restaurant Week very much and hiked several trails in the area. Thanks to the Robason family for the wonderful week!

“Beautiful Place to Stay” This rental was everything we were expecting. There was a lot of room and it was great for children. The hot tub was a nice bonus, and I could have stayed here for weeks! The river out back was calming. We will definitely stay here again. This is a great rental for a large group. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved playing hide and seek in this cabin. No complaints here.

“Very impressed with beautiful condo” We always been a fan of Prudential Properties and they are the first site we check when planning a trip to Vail. We enjoyed the condo we stayed in at Timbercreek very much. It was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen/living area was quite spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with the necessary items to prepare meals. We were a little concerned about being located just west of West Vail but the bus ride never felt long and it never seemed too long for one to arrive. The only downside to the condo were the beds. Given how the rest of the condo was furnished and decorated we were expecting decent beds, but they definitely need to be upgraded. Knowing guests will most likely be crawling into bed after a long day of skiing, they really should be replaced/improved. We didn't watch much tv but it was rather small and oddly placed in the living room. Overall the condo was beautiful with it's hard wood floors, high ceilings, and wood beams and it felt like we were in an individual home and not a small condo, as you can sometimes wind up with.

“Perfect vacation” We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Beaver Creek. This condo was perfect for our family with two teenage boys. We loved the layout, it felt very 'homey'. The pullout sofa was comfortable, but the boys even liked just sleeping on the comfy couches. The ski in/ski out set up was perfect. The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs. A short walk to Beaver Creek Village, we just love it! Also, the agent we worked with from Berkshire was very helpful as well as the concierge. It was incredibly easy to check in, and best of all no required clean up on the way out!

“Nice place, got what we expected” It was refreshing to walk into the location and get exactly what we expected. it was clear, nicely furnished and had enough room for 4 adults and 3 children (that included 3 pack-n-plays). “We had a wonderful time and the condo was great!” We were celebrating my husband's 70th birthday with our two sons, daughter-in-law and 2 year old granddaughter. The 3 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfect and exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed and more to include anything you would ever need in the kitchen in the way of dishes, silverware, pots, wine glasses, etc. It was also great having a washer and dryer. We would stay there again without a doubt!! It is in a wonderful location right in the middle of Vail Village. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the balcony. We loved the layout of the condo and had plenty of room for all of us to spread out. We ordered a pack n' play, booster seat and also toys for our granddaughther and everything was there waiting for us. The trip went off without a hitch. The condo was decorated very nicely and was very clean. Also the furniture was nice. It wasn't worn looking at all. The only negative comment we would have is that it would have been nice to have oscillating fans or ceiling fans in each bedroom for sleeping. We opened our window and it was perfect at night, but we couldn't open the sliding door where our granddaughter was sleeping becaue it would have been too cold. Other than that...no complaints. “Snow” Place was great. could have maybe used maid service but since it was just 6 guys no one really cared. need to fix the cabinet below the sink. had to take quick showers so all could have hot water. can't beat the location and price was fine. i've stayed in Vantage Point many times and this was as good as the others. couches were comfortable. the fact that we received a bit over 2 feet of snow for the weekend trumped everything. would do it again.

“Great for a weekend trip!” My wife and I got in late on a Friday night due to flight delays. We did the check-in process online prior to arriving, which made it very nice and easy to walk directly into the unit on an already late and tiring night. We found the location to be pretty good for the great rates they were offering. Everything you need is at your fingertips and within walking distance - Lifts, restaurants, shuttle to Vail village, shopping, ski rentals, etc. We loved our trip and would definitely do it again! “Amazing” My husband and I have been up to the wilderness cabin twice and absolutely are in love with it! We plan to try and go back soon! Both trips were quick overnight trips! So relaxing and homey! Can't wait to go back for longer. Have told all our friends if they are looking for a getaway that's where they need to go. We loved how it has the hot tub and all you could need to cook in or out.

“Wonderful Stay!” My family of 7 and I stayed at this beautiful cabin for one week in late May of 2011. We all had a wonderful time. The process of securing the house was made easy. We were given written instructions with directions and how to enter the home with phone numbers of a caretaker who lived nearby. The house is just outside of allenspark on what I would consider a "county" road. The setting of the home was beautiful. It sits on a hillside surrounded by nature in every direction. There are distant neighbors, but not too close to feel intrusive. The extra's in the house made it fun for the kids (dress up clothes, toys, games and movies). The grownups loved the sitting on the deck surrounded by aspen trees and enjoying the morning and evening visits from the deer. The Mountain Jays visited the bird feeders frequently. We loved spending time in the evenings playing a game while all sitting by the fire making smores. Wood was provided and plentiful. I will seek this house out again when returning to the Estes area.

“Great Place to Stay; Fantastic Location!” We have stayed at this condo twice in the past couple of years during early ski season. The location is unsurpassed, it is located in the heart of Beaver Creek Village close to restaurants, shops and the skating rink. The unit is clean and nicely decorated; the amenities include jacuzzi tub, comfy linens, pool and spa facilities, great heated parking garage. The staff is friendly and helpful; they promptly answer any questions one might have for condo features or activities in the Beaver Creek area. This location is great for when you come back after skiing. The ski lockers are close to the entrance and the Dusty Boot pub is right on the corner!
