“Great condo” The condo was clean and very well appointed. Edith was reachable and a good communicator. Convenient location to Publix, restaurants, etc. The pool was nice, and gym was basic but usable. I would give the unit itself a 5 rating. However, there were two disappointments with the facility, neither of which has to do with the unit, but impacted our use. Although the pool says they are open dawn to dusk, the gates are locked with chains and padlocks until someone gets there to open it, so swimming and using the gym early in the morning was not an option. Frustrating if you prefer an early workout.

“Our family would highly recommend a stay here and in fact look f” Our family stayed at this condo from 10/24-11/1/13. The condo far exceeded our expectations..it was simply gorgeous and a wonderful place to stay. The sights from the balcony were magnificant. Everything was within walking distance and extremely enjoyable. Cindy was fantatic and very helpful and accomodating. Our family would highly recommend a stay here and in fact look forward to the pleasure of returning to Clearwater with plans around the availability of this condo again. A great find...do take adavantage of this incredible place. The Romano family.

“Perfect Family vacay” Everything was perfect! The pictures do not do this place justice. I knew the view would be beautiful, but it was even better than expected. Everything was clean and well kept. We were nervous about flying in and not renting a car, but we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go or take the jolly trolley. Our favorite restaurant was Jimmy’s fish house and Iguana Bar, there were more selections than at the other restaurants we went to and the outside area was right on the water. We will definitely look at this location first when we return.

“Life's a Beach” Our cottage, The Grandview, was cozy, comfortable, clean and minutes from Clearwater Beach. The Tiki table in front was fun to sit around and have a salute to a really nice stay.

“Good times at the Hideaway Cottage” This place was perfect for us...6 adults, our newborn grandson and 2 dogs stayed here comfortably. A short, simple walk thru the courtyard brings the beach into view and since it is located on the beachside, its a matter of a couple hundred steps and you're on the sands of the beautiful Clearwater Beach. Shells everywhere and the sun sets over the Gulf are spectacular. We had a blast riding bikes, which are provided. Pier 60 where there's a Sunset Celebration every night which consists of vendors sharing and selling their products of creativity, as well as people putting on individual little shows, of which some were quite remarkable. Pier 60 is easily within walking distance of the Cottages and it's well worth the walk simply to enjoy the shopping district and window shopping. The kitchen has all kinds of pots and pans but could use a baking sheet. I think though that had I asked for one it would have been provided. Our hosts Rodney, Capt al and Gayle were that great! They provided towels, linens and even found my piece of corral sponge that got blown away...lol. Which reminds me, we were there amidst a strong wind advisory of 40 mph winds. We could sit in the courtyard under the umbrella and not be disturbed by the wind at all. "So would I come back to this place"?... in a heart-beat! "Would I recommend it to a friend"?... yes, without hesitation "What would I stress to a friend with my recommendation"?... If you require and expect room-service go the Hilton; if you want a more "home on the beach" getaway then this is the place! The hosts are friendly and a phone call away; and the perks of staying beachside and within a few steps of beach view to me speaks for itself. We had a great time Capt al, Gayle and Rodney! I want to say a special thankyou because we got to spend an entire week meeting our new grandson. Our stay will always be a special memory... thanks.
