“The Best Place To End The Summer!!!! =)” We stayed here during a late weekend in Summer 2009 and it turned out to be far more than we've expected. We had a mini-reunion, four families of varying ages (4 year-olds to 70 year-old Grandma), and every single one of us had a really wonderful time! The 4-hour trip from NJ to MD was well worth it. The minute we arrived, the house was pleasantly cool inside. The heated pool was inviting and quickly became a favorite for the kids from morning until late afternoon. The grown-ups had an equally fun time going night swimming. The boating, crabbing, fishing, biking and tons of other outdoor activities kept everyone busy. The dads surely had smiles on their faces as wide as the kids everytime the traps came up with crabs caught in them. Late in the afternoon, all of us gathered around the fire pitt and enjoyed smores and stories. The house itself was conveniently equipped with everything you'll need. The kitchen was modern, clean, well-kept as well as the rest of the house. The living rooms were tastefully furnished and became our venue for late night games and gatherings. The bathrooms were excellent as well. After a full day of activities, it was so nice to retire in the bedrooms wich were nothing short of relaxing. We would recommend this home to families who want to make lasting memories. Furthermore, the owners were always eager to help with each and every concern we had, no matter how small. Thank you so much!!! We'd love to be back next year. =)
