“Perfect Palm Springs home” From the moment we stepped inside this beautiful home we loved it! We are three "mature" couples who appreciated having everything we needed ... like a four-star hotel, only better in so many ways. The house exceeded our expectations--immaculate, bright and very modern. We ate all our meals either at the patio table or in the dining room. The well-stocked kitchen and three sets of dishes helped make our dinners Top Chef quality! The crystal-clear salt water pool was delightful, very light on your skin, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi each night. The deck chairs have soft, comfortable cushions, and the umbrellas came in handy. The grass and citrus trees around the pool makes it feel like an oasis out there. Greg, the property manager, was so accommodating, and andrew, the owner, answered my emails immediately. We have rented elsewhere in Palm Springs but this was the best. We shall return (soon, I hope!).

“Everything we were told it would be by Chris S and more.” The stay surpassed what we had expected and intended. I had proposed to my Girl friend on the beach in front of the house we rented, and it could not have been a better choice. the rental co. was honest and everything was presented as it was represented. We will return to do business again. Fantastic experience.

“Beach House” We were very happy with this property. The kids loved the pool and the short walk to Moonlight Beach and its playground. The adults loved the upper deck (both were great but the upstairs just rocks) and the 3 block walk to awesome restaurants and unique shopping boutiques. We didn't want to leave!

“Superbly Wonderful!” From the moment I inquired about the property, Jeff and his staff were very helpful. They made the process very easy. I was more than pleased when we first arrived, the Loft was very nice and clean. There was even a flower arrangement and a personalized greeting! The loft was very comfortable, had everything we would need to cook, even though we ate out at the nearby fabulous restaurants almost every night. There is a lot of stuff to do in the area. The adults and children were never lacking of activities. We would have stayed longer if we could have, but we will definitely rent it again when we come back!!

“Wonderful condo and Country Club” I stayed at Marlene's beautiful condo several times through the years and it is great! Everything you need is there. There are more amenities in the condo than a 5 star hotel. My family likes the location because it's close to the clubhouse, pool and spa, fitness center, tennis courts, and even the tee off area for the Championship Course... which I must say is one of the most stunning golf courses I've ever played on. We enjoyed swimming in the olympic size salt water pool everyday. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

“Quiet, comfortable and well equipped - a rare find so close the Sea.” It's hard to believe there are still quiet places in California, right at sea. We totally enjoyed our 3 night stay. We could hear the surf crashing across the street and over the cliff. It's only a five minute walk to the beach, and not through tons of traffic, just a block through a local neighborhood. We could stroll over any time we felt like it, and sit on benches above the cliff to watch the whales just off shore. Case Mare provided everything we needed, even some coffee until we could find our own. And it's very close to stores so we could get anything we wanted. It was very clean and well set up for us. Four of us never felt crowded. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Both rooms have sliding doors to outside. The back patio is completely fenced in flowers and totally quiet - a wonderful sitting place. The front patio is just through a gate from the bedrooms - a great place to sit and enjoy the sun and the sounds of the sea without being bothered by noise and people. The owners are very responsive - immediately replaced the coffee pot that didn't seem to work correctly. They obviously cared that we enjoyed their place. Thank you for that!

“Beautiful Home with Fantastic Owners!” This condo was perfect for my husband, four children, and I! Not only is it beautiful on the inside, the pond (with plenty of wildlife) complete with waterfall, is right outside the back porch! The place was spotless and had all the amenities we could ask for! This was perfect for us to take a short vacation with the kids, but still be able to save money on eating in. They even have a huge supply of Disney classic movies that my girls loved to watch when we would get home form the beach (which is less than a 5 minute drive away) and some family games as well. It felt as if we were staying in a nice hotel (hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion/coffee/some seasonings and even slippers)! The owners were amazing and definitely wanted to make our trip an enjoyable one. We will be coming back for sure!!

“Serene” What a gorgeous area! The house, while being a bit older, has everything you need and then some. Very comfortable! Enjoyed BBQ on the deck with beautiful trees all around. Also loved sitting out on the deck at night and watching the stars. Who knew there was so much to do around there? We enjoyed hiking at the falls, walking around the mill pond, swimming the pond, even saw the Graeagle bear! July is a great time to visit, can't wait to go back in the winter.
