Perfect place to stay with everything you need for a brilliant holiday

Great villa in a nice gated neighbourhood close enough to all Florida has to offer but nestled away from the busy touristy areas . The villa is perfect, lovely and clean and is in great condition with everything you'd ever need for a great holiday. The villa is spacious with plenty of room with 4 good sized bedrooms, a nice airy lounge and great kitchen and dining area. The master suite has a massive ensuite bathroom with shower and bath along with a nice double vanity unit. There is also a utility room with up to date laundry facilities. Most importantly, the owner is very good to deal with and great at responding to any questions you might have. We have stayed twice and have booked a third stay, and hope to keep returning! … see more
Magic Villa Orlando Gated Community 4 Ensuite Bedrooms with Pool and Jacuzzi
Great place to stay.

Although we were only a small group of people (3) we always look for somewhere nice to stay and certainly found that in Magic Villa Orlando. Always difficult to book somewhere you don't know, but from the start, the helpful owners answered all the queries and followed this up with a reassuring phone call once booked. We found this to be a quiet gated community (with excellent security on the gate) and away form the hustle and bustle of the busier areas. Having said that, everything you need is in easy traveling distance and Wallmart and Publix are just a few minutes drive away. This villa was very comfortable and unusual in that all 4 bedrooms have ensuite - after a busy day in the parks we didn't have to worry about waiting to get in the shower! Three of the bedrooms are downstairs and 1 upstairs which makes the villa versatile if you have any disabled people in your party. On rest days, we relaxed around the pool and with the pool being 'L' shaped, found it afforded more privacy than most - lovely outlook too. All in all, we spent 3 and a half wonderful weeks here and for that time it felt like home and great to come home to at the end of the day. We were just sorry we had to leave it behind :-( I fully recommend staying here for your trip as you won't be disappointed. Wonderful Holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa. It was beautifully clean & well presented, somewhere to really relax after being out at the theme parks all day. It was handy for a choice of supermarkets & filling stations as well as various restaurants & takeaways. The safe in the villa was also a plus, knowing our passports, tickets & spare cash were secure while we were out. We would definitely recommend this villa, especially for a large family like ours. Julie, We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the help and advice you provided us from the moment we first contacted you to enquire about renting your villa. It was our first trip to Florida (15/06/2012) so the whole prospect from booking theme park tickets to booking plane tickets was quite daunting. We really appreciate the amount of time you gave us in assisting with our general queries even though it did not have anything to do with you or your villa. We really do not know how you managed to cope with us constantly calling and emailing you with questions! The villa was amazing! It was in the perfect location, had plenty of room, spotless throughout and very welcoming. Everything explained to us prior to our arrival exceeded all of our expectations. The villa was fully equipped with everything we could have possibly needed and the welcoming pack was very informative. We also found the guest reviews regarding places to dine very helpful. While relaxing in the pool was the perfect way to end a long, busy, fun filled day exploring the theme parks. I cannot thank you enough for everything you did for us to make our first experience of Florida a special one. Exceptional Villa Large Private South Facing Pool
Cracking villa, going back next year

This villa is set in a gated community and is very safe and peaceful. It's a great base to get to all theme parks within 1/2 hour depending on the traffic. You have a walmart and Winn dixies only 5 minutes drive away aswell as local restaurants (try mannys chophouse for an all American dining experience with a happy hour on 2 for 1 drinks). The villa itself is very well presented and clean with almost everything you need to have a fantastic stay including a great tv package and wifi. The pool area has a safety netted area for the little ones which can be removed and there is even a television under the lanai which is great for the morning coffee and catch up with local news and weather. The games room was a bonus with pool table, table football and air hockey and also includes a multi gym with exercise bike for the health conscious. It has a ground floor master bedroom for the less mobile complete with an ensuite. Although there were only 2 of us sharing this villa, I can honestly say it easily accommodates larger families with 2 master bedrooms aswell as 3 other bedrooms offering privacy for all guests with en suite facilities however, even if you are just a couple wanting to rent a home from home villa........this will not disappoint.
